The hotel's hospitality.

The frosted bathroom glass facing the bed area. It is super nice, but when it is in use and the light is on...it brightens the whole room. Not the best at night or early morning when someone is still asleep.

It was fine but with no personal touch

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. It is located close to the city center, you might need to work but it is so beautiful around, it is not the problem. It has good breakfast, not that big but fresh. It has an underground parking for an additional payment

We came for a special occassion that I mentioned to the staff before. And they did nothing. So just a heads up, if you’re coming to celebrate some special occasion do not except anything from the hotel. I mean they will add the things that you bought, but do not except anything else.

Comfortable Amenities Tarnished by Inconsiderate Staff Interactions

The room offered a comfortable and pristine environment for our stay. We particularly appreciated the convenience of the on-site underground parking. The breakfast provided was a highlight, boasting a diverse selection of delectable items that added a delightful start to our day.

Our stay at this upscale hotel was marred by a couple of interactions that felt rushed and less than respectful. I found it disconcerting to receive a call 10 minutes before checkout time, reminding me of the impending noon deadline. The unnecessary pressure was off-putting. Similarly, we found ourselves being asked to vacate the breakfast table because we had slightly exceeded the designated breakfast time. I do understand the need for timely turnover, but I would have appreciated a more considerate and diplomatic approach from the staff. It's crucial, especially in a hotel of this stature, that guests are treated with utmost respect and their comfort prioritized.

booked a room for our family, indicated that we needed a crib for a child <1, as a result there was a sofa for an adult child, then they brought the one that was needed, dirty and after that there was almost no room left, for an adult child the bed could not be removed from the room If you want, I'm attaching a photo. they are also trying to cheat about the cost of the room, booked at one cost, and announced another, but we figured out this issue.

Great and comfortable hotel - I recommend

I like the modern bathroom in the room. The bedsheets were super pleasant as the room itself. I liked the breakfast and pool which was heated. I truly enjoyed our stay there with the family. They had some board games that my girls loved and the location to hike Monte San Salvatore is great.
