Outstanding service and lots of details taken care of well. They even provided toothbrushes and paste which we had forgotten. Shower was a bit challenging but not enough to be a problem. Breakfast was great and our pup was welcomed everywhere.

The staff was awesome.They were very kind & attentive! The actual property has no soul! It function as a resting stop for the casino patrons nearby-modern & clean. Although near a beautiful lake, it doesn’t reflect the charm & warmth of the other villages dotting lake lugano.

I had a fine stay, the best thing about the hotel was the staff who were super kind, friendly, welcoming & helpful and secondly its location. Generally the rooms were nice but it requires a bit of fixing/refurbishment. We had three rooms, my room was very warm so I couldn’t sleep in it. Campione was very quiet, but it might be due to the timing of my visit (late February)

Campione is located across the lake from Lugano in an Italian enclave that goes back centuries. Quieter and more intimate than Lugano. There is a large and modern Casino located a few hundred meters from the hotel that has entertainment, if that appeals to you. A very caring staff that anticipated every need. Spectacular view of the Lake. A romantic setting, if that is what you want. Great breakfast and a fine dinner restaurant. They were very helpful about making way in front of the hotel for convenient parking of my vehicle.

The first room had wet carpets from bathroom leak. Shower situation needs to be reworked, since 3rd room had similar water stains. Moved to much smaller room for the night. Next morning moved to same big luxury room we booked. Nice welcome drink and snack! Very nice people. Beautiful breakfast. Room we booked was very large and nice.

Wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly right from the start. They took care of the car, luggage, even provided refreshments upon check in. We stayed two nights and this friendliness and professionalism continued throughout our stay. We enjoyed dinner on site one night and the service and food was equally superb. A great experience overall.

Despite the location of the hotel being outside of the city center of Lugano, the hotel itself is just great. Very friendly stuff, always supportive mastering all the languages typical for given region. Near the hotel you can find nice restaurants for fair price tag. Connection to Lugano is ensured via bus with a bus stop in front of the hotel. The view from the window of your room is just amazing - sunset and sunrise ob the lake is just taking your breath.
