Location was exceptional. Beautiful views outside.

Hotel room seemed like a regular hotel room. Needs to be redone to fit aesthetic of hotel and have a more personal design aesthetic. Bathrooms were pretty bad and should be torn out. Shower was one of the worst showers I’ve used in Europe. Restaurant and Bar were great. I’d suggest adding table lamps to each table.

Frühstück oberer Durchschnitt. Pool zu ungepflegt, vermutlich externe Gäste im Haus haben ihren Müll (Mc Donalds Tüten) im Poolbereich abgestellt. Wurde nicht aufgeräumt. Poolservice mit Handtüchern zu spät und zu selten (keine Handtücher teilweise vorhanden). Getränkeservice am Pool zu selten und nur auf Anforderung über poolpflegenden Hausmeister. Kein 5-Sterne-Niveau

Bettwanzen. Matratzenbelag und Bettwäsche wurden auf unseren dringenden Wunsch hin ausgetauscht

Entspannen und Entschläunigen an wunderschönem, geschichtstgrächtigem Ort

Wunderschöne Lage mit Panorama auf Berge und Luganersee. Traditionshotel mit sehr gutem Service und Gästeorientierung, Küche einwandfrei.

Ohne "Navi" wohl schwierig auf Anbieb zu finden, was auch ein Vorteil sein kann.

In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel.

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Der Blick aus der Lobby Bar & den Restaurants ist wunderschön.

Das Hotel hat insgesamt einen sehr veralteten Eindruck gemacht. Die Zimmer müssten dringend renoviert werden, die Sauberkeit liess zu wünschen übrig, das Frühstücksbuffet ist von minderer Qualität. Sehr enttäuschend! Auch das Personal ist zum Teil eher unfreundlich.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt

Tolle Lage, schöne Gartenanlage, abgesehen vom überheblichen Personal in der Bar, waren alle sehr freundlich und gesprächig. Das Essen im Restaurant war hervorragend.

Kleiderschrank im Zimmer war ziemlich staubig! Barpersonal ziemlich arrogant, Speisen mittelmässig, Kellner fragte nach Trinkgeld!!! Ein absolutes No go!!

Short stay in Montagnola

Excellent relaxing location with elegant facilities. I had a nice spacious room with a balcony and lake view. Nice pools, easy access to the lake, good breakfast.

I had dinner at the nicest restaurant, which has an excellent location overlooking the lake. Food and service were good but not as expected for a 1 Michelin star.
