הכול היה נהדר. הצוות עזר מאוד לתכנן מה לעשות. הנוף מהחדר של האגם היה נפלא. הצוות בכל מקום היה מאוד נחמד.

יש קצת הליכה למלון. אח"כ מספרים שיש אפשרות קיצור עם הרבה מדרגות אז זה לא מתאים למזוודות. מי שבא עם אוטו יותר קל לו. אנחנו עשינו את העליה. בירידה זה כבר הרבה יותר טוב כאשר יוצאים מהמלון עם המזוודות.

un séjour agréable mais pour un Hôtel 4 étoiles je m'attends à un peu mieux.

tranquillité, calme, animaux acceptés

un manque de précision dans tout ! au déjeuner les étiquettes ne sont pas correctement actualisés (exemple: sur une carafe c'était noté ICE TEA et en fait c'était du pamplemousse !) la piscine contient TROP DE CHLORE !, le plus grave à mon sens c'est de fermer votre beau restaurant sous prétexte que le chef cuisinier est en vacances OK.. mais vous formez un remplaçant ! c'est le minimum. Le prix pour les animaux aussi c'est trop élevé (c'est un peu profiter en tout cas il faudrait enlever 10 à 20.-) pour une famille qui a un bébé vous facturez combien? mais dans ce cas il y a des couches qui s'entassent dans vos poubelles etc... tandis qu'un chien .... hormis un peu de poils au sol.. il n'y a pas autant de choses à faire.

Wir kommen wieder

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, was die Enweisung anbetraf. Wir hatten eine Suite mit 2 Zimmern, die einen guten Standard u.a. mit Kaffeemaschine aufwies. Badezimmer und Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Das Hotel Entree ist sehr grosszüging und gediegen eingerichtet und mit Tageszeitungen ausgestattet. Das Restaurant im Parterre: sehr zu empfehlen. Sehr feine Küche, freundliche aufmerksame Bedienung und das Frühstückbuffet, einmalig, was Auswahl und Präsentation anbetraf. Kurz: unbedingt mal ausprobieren. Die Terrasse bietet eine einmaligs Sicht auf den Luganersee. Um ins Zentrum von Lugano zu kommen, brauchts unseres Wissens ein Auto, da das Hotel oberhalb Lugano am Hang liegt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder ins Parco Paradiso.

Hôtel à éviter avec équipements et décorations dépassés et avec un mauvais rapport qualité-prix.

Le petit-déjeuner était très bon, sur une terrasse agréable.

Nous ne recommandons pas de séjourner dans cet hôtel qui présente de nombreux points négatifs : tout d'abord l'hôtel ne correspond pas aux photos, qui ont été soigneusement prises et retouchées, et qui sont donc très trompeuses (esthétique des chambres, équipements, installations, vues ...). L'hôtel est globalement à rafraîchir, les vues sur le lac sont partielles, et elles sont complètement gâchées par une zone au premier plan avec de nombreux toits d'immeubles bétonnés. En marchant dans le long couloir menant aux chambres, il y a une zone avec une odeur forte et désagréable (odeur persistante sur nos différentes journées de séjour). En termes d'équipements, nous avions une suite où la climatisation n'était présente que dans la pièce principale (pas dans la chambre à l'arrière, qui avait un simple ventilateur). Le bloc de climatisation est très ancien et très bruyant.

Nur die Kirsche auf der Torte war faul.

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist vielseitig frisch und lecker Das Abendessen besteht aus einem 4-Gänger aus welchem man szch auch nur einzelne Gänge heraussuchen kann. Ich habe nicht alles genommen aber das was ich nahm, war lecker. Weicht man davon wird es schwierig.

Meine Frau wollte einen Cesar Salat. Wir haben ihn auf der Zimmerservice Karte gesehen, so wie ihn jeder kennt. Der Kellner sagta das gehe nicht, wie bitte? Er fragt den Oberkellner, der machts möglich. Super dachten wir. Es kam 50% grüner Salat mit 50% Crutons und einer Maionaisse, kein Parmesan und keine Poule. Wir reklamieren, der Oberkellner macht's möglich, in 2-3 minuten kommt der Salat mit einer Poulebrust zurück. Und das wohlgemerkt in einem 4 Sterne Hotel Es ist halt wie mit einer Schwarzwälder Torte. Wenn sie super schmeckt, die Kirsche aber einen braunen Fleck hat. Dann ist der ganze Zauber futsch.

Je pense qu'il est possible de rénover la zone de la piscine car elle ne correspond pas vraiment à l'ensemble de l'hôtel.

TOP Service & Hotelanlage für Klein & Gross - Lage perfekt ruhig jedoch schnell am See

Das Hotel hat eine hervorragende Lage mit Blick auf den Luganer See und man kann innerhalb von 7 Minuten über eine Treppe zum See gelangen. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und erfüllt jeden Wunsch der Gäste. Der Gästeservice ist erstklassig. Die Anlage ist gepflegt und alles ist sehr sauber. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und wir hatten ein Gartenzimmer mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick, der jeden Morgen einen perfekten Start in den Tag bot. Es gibt eine Paddel- und Tischtennisanlage sowie einen Pool. Das Buffet bietet eine ausreichende Auswahl und für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei. Meine kleine Tochter fühlte sich sehr wohl und wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Auch die Bar im Hotel ist zu empfehlen, mit einer schönen Aussicht und einer Smoker Lounge. Die Dame an der Bar ist ebenfalls sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Es war ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt. Wir werden wieder kommen :)

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und beinhaltet alles was man braucht, um einen schönen Kurzurlaub zu genießen. Unser Zimmer war sauber und angemessen ausgestattet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und auch vielseitig, allerdings hätte ich mir noch ein bisschen mehr frisches Obst gewünscht. Die Hang-Lage des Hotels bietet einen wunderschönen Blick über den See und eine ruhige & entspannte Atmosphäre. Es gibt Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Hotel indoor & outdoor. Man ist zu Fuß in 5 min am See und in 15 min in Lugano Zentrum.

Generell finde ich die Hotels in Lugano für die Preise einfach nicht top in Stand gehalten. Es könnte häufiger renoviert & modernisiert werden. Im Parco Paradiso war es aber noch in einem angemessenen Verhältnis:)
