OK for a couple of nights, helpful staff.

The hotel is reasonably well located. The breakfast was more than adequate and the staff were more than helpful and did well in resolving some issue I had with heating, nothing crazy but gave me a late check out to reconcile the issue. So a job very well done.

No bar at the hotel, I didn't check before booking but assumed it would have a bar and no beer in the mini fridge. This isn't a major issue but if you have wine and spirits why not a beer? The heating seemed to be controlled by reception and while I wasn't freezing I would have liked to set the room temperature myself. The system just blew cold air into the room. My room faced the road so was quite noisy despite asking for a quiet room.

It was a good location for my business trip. It was a walking distance from a conference center.

Very noisy! I couldn't rest because of the noise from the street. Even after midnight the street was very noisy. The hot breakfast was cold. The furniture, and carpet are old. The carpet was stained, as well as the bedspread. The fixed shower didn't work because the button that switches between the handheld and fixed shower was broken. The reality is that the hotel should be a 3-star hotel and not a 4-star hotel as advertised on booking.com. The hotel is overrated.

a good value for money with heartwarming Serbian hospitality, staff is excellent

Brekafast was nice with thenice view of the city, the room was clean and warm and comfortable, a nice tea kettle accommpanied by tea bags made that evening warmer :)

The room is ok. Location is nice.

Even though the breakfast is served until 10, at 9:30 there were just some leftovers and no coffee. I skipped it for the remaining days. Also, there are no hangers/wall hooks/racks for towels in the bathroom (except for the shower door handle)

Conffy bed and spacious room, grocery stores close by. Breakfast personell very lovely! Reception open 247. Working AC in room.

Does not qualify for a 4 star rate due to lack of cleanliness, services and noice. Stains, dust and broken mirrors. Shower head never replaced, full of chalk and bacteria. Smell of burn in bathroom, hook for towels lost, not fixed. If your room is towards the main street you'll definitely hear the cars. TV had no network despite upgraded channels/chromecast.

Conveniently located, well services but slightly pricey hotel

Hotel close to train station and walking distance to old centre. Lively bars and restaurants nearby as well. 24/7 reception desk was helpful as needed, room was clean and sufficiently spacious for 2 people.

Breakfast has limited options, especially if having it in the last hour of the slot - items aren't restocked as they run out. It was a busy and probably more expensive weekend in Novi Sad but as a result not quite value for money.

not clean!

The only thing I like is the location.

My friend and I stayed in 2 separate rooms for 6 nights and our rooms were not cleaned even once. Even though I told them so. Our request for clean towels was met but our rooms were not swept even once. This is unacceptable.The toilet was constantly running, I don't think it was cleaned. They should hire someone who knows how to clean.

Highly professional and kind staff. We had an unforseen problem with our reservetion through Booking,, The management (staff) helped us to resolve it, however they could just easaly ignore it. Very much appreciated, we'll be back for sure!

They have parking lot but too difficult to find, not so much signals and I had to ask 3 times where it was, breakfast was good and included but I have to pay aside a cappuccino? Strange Then 4 stars hotel without gym or spa

Would not recommend. Absolute rip off

Absolutely nothing! Dirty place. Air con didn’t work in our room. Bathroom flooded.

Fully stocked mini bar on arrival. Staff then checked towards the end of our stay. Said everything was there. On checkout, we stated we didn’t take anything from the mini bar. However, a few days later, we were charged for 2 drinks that we never consumed. Would never stay again

Everyone was super friendly. There’s a gated car park just for the hotel. The mattress was very comfortable so had a good sleep.

Only americano was included, you have to pay extra for cappuccino.

Only the location was good. Otherwise it’s awful.

Very poor breakfast , absolutely nothing edible there! The server was rude and we had to wait for AGES till he brought us our coffee. The room was awful . The bath mat had a hole in it ! ( A big one ) ! The bathroom was dirty too and the ceiling was close to falling on our heads (we’re not tall at all around 1.6m ). Very disgusting room , breakfast and service … I definitely do NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE !!!!!!
