Our stay was very comfortable and it's easy to walk to the center of the city.

This was my second time staying at the hotel. The breakfast was plentiful. I like the self-check in, but if one has questions, communicating with staff was easy. The rooms were quiet and the hotel is not on a main road.

Decent place to stay in a very interesting and lovely city

Convenient location (though Google Maps couldn’t cope with the road works nearby). Comfortable room and very helpful staff.

Everything was regatding the accomodation was as expected

Difficulty finding the paid parking space, lack of communication of the communal work in progress on the surrounding streets, which made finding the way to the parking lot impossible.

The room was clean and comfortable. Parking available at the site which is a big plus , despite being in the city center. Booking, payment and agreement were done over the internet, Mrs. Aleksandra is very helpful and polite.

Great Hotel

The hotel is brand new. It is very close to the centre of Novi Sad (5mins walk), in a very quiet neighbourhood. Staff is very polite. It also has a closed parking which was very important for our bikes. If I visit Novi Sad again I will definitely choose it

Easy checkin. Great location for walking to every place . Excellent breakfast included in room price.. Quiet neighborhood. Walked to hotel Fontaine restaurant which was very close. The most delightful atmosphere, food and staff..

A small hotel with perfect location

Perfect location - next to the historical center. Breakfast was good, though not too various. Wifi and smart tv. The registration was a kind of remote one as the reception works on mornings only, but everything was organized very good. Free closed parking, which is a big advantage in the historical part of the city.

The size of the room was too small, we were not so sure about the cleanliness: on the whole it was ok, but there were traces of liquid soap on the floor of the WC and by the entrance to the room, in the fridge we have found some food from the previous client.

The rooms are super-clean and the staff is truly helpful! Great bonus is 5 minute walking distance to the city center that actually lives thoughout the night. The breakfast was great too, lot of things, all we've touched tasty haha.

A wonderful stay, would recommend!

Close to the centre, very clean and modern inside. The room was extremely comfortable and breakfast was fantastic. Prompt service when contacted. Self-check process was seamless. I had a late bus and they let me store my luggage until the afternoon, which I really appreciated! I would return here in future.

New clean place, nicely decorated, polite helpfull staff, private parking, excelent location, comfortable beds. We had a very pleasant stay. Highly recomend.

Best location, easy to check in with codes, staff is very flexible with the breakfast, and with the check out time also. I enjoyed, perfect for a 1-2 night bussiness trip.

Disappointed, not as I expected for the price

The staff was very kind, both in the reception and the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was fair, but not great.

Got a room under the sloping roof, not enough daylight. Had two connected separate beds, instead of one large, what I asked for. Toilet had a bed smell, there was a big stain on the main door. For the breakfast the cheapest possible tea was offered. Very high price for the value - 2.5 times higher for the new year's night than usual!
