It was comfortable for one night stay

The bed was spacious and comfortable, good breakfast, helpful and kind staff.

It would be helpful if we had a manual on how to use a bath tub.

Good for short stay, especially if you travel with car

The hotel has free parking - it was important to us. The price was much better than other options in Novi Sad, including the Hotels from Garni chain. The rooms were big, but little old. The staff was very polite and available, whenever it was needed.

The breakfast was really something that does not go with expectations of a 4-star hotel. The hotel was not that empty, there were guests, while we stayed there for three nights.

Wonderful hotel with history

This is a hotel with history, lots of space, paintings on the walls, and many historical items used in the design. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Daily cleaning. Excellent closed free parking. The city center is about 20 minutes walk away. I recommend the hotel.

Nice hotel, but it must have seen better days

Friendly staff, nicely themed interior.

The wifi connection had constant technical issues. The facilities could use some renovations. Ex, one of the towels in the bathroom looked like a rag.

5 stars stay for a nickle

Very helpful staff, we exchanged rooms with ease, when you need a taxi, they call it and its there in 4 minutes. Eoom is cleaned and you get fresh towels each day.

WiFi working all the time, but Internet unavailable 90% of the time...

Nice place with atmosphere

As I like the stylish, family-type hotels, this one closely reminds the italian hotels that I have visited near Rome. Cozy, nice, and full of atmosphere. We staid here one night on our trip from Greece and appreciated it.

This hotel is nothing like huge hotel complex with large lobby and a lot of services. Anybody looking for this type of accomodation should select a different place :).

Terrible.

The room was big.

They forgot to clean the room before my arrival. The staff at the reception was rude. The room was unclena, and so was the shower. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was fine to sleep in but expensive for what you get. Staff is amazing

The staff were amazing, and it’s nice to have a little cafe/bar in the hotel. Plus a nice restaurant just down the street.

We stayed in the far side of the hotel, the window blinds didn’t block out much light so iT was hard to sleep. Plus the ceiling had a big crack in it and the room smelled damp and a bit rotten. There’s not much amenities, no fridge/kettle/bottle of water. Soap dispenser was empty and AC remote batteries were dead but we changed it with the TV remote batteries. For 100€ per night, could have been better
