The hotel was old

In the bedsheets, there where two holes from the cigarette and the personnel wasn’t that kind and attentive. Breakfast was not worth the price.

It served a purpose, as we simply needed a place to stay.

Not very clean, most of the food was not very fresh, balcony door was not fully working, and the bed sheets were old and torn. Not a 4 star hotel.

Very friendly staff and clean rooms! If you need any help about Novi Sad,you can ask the staff to help figure what you want to see or eat ;) It a little hotel and because of that same reason,they treat you like family! I would recommend to everyone to visit!

looks nice but nothing works

nice and clean and modern. nice staff

nothing worked. I had to change rooms because of the internet was not working, than men the room was very hot and there was no air conditioning so I was told to open up the window which allowed me to enjoy the screaming of the soccer game every night until 10pm. There were only two hangers in the room, not enough for my business clothing
