Hotel is nice. It's right in the heart of Novi Sad so everything was quite close and convenient to reach out. Hotel stuff checked us in earlier so that's a bonus. Everything was clean, stuff was friendly. Yes hotel isn't new, that's why room is not that fancy but that wasn't a big problem at least for us. The only minus - air conditioner isn't where the bedroom is, so it was quite hot during the sleep. Also nice breakfast. Not much but everything was tasty. In general we enjoyed our stay. Great room for my friend and I with beds in separate room and couches with a great view in the other. Perfect hotel for our stay. The staff was amazing and so helpful from helping us order a pizza one night to getting me a cab to the bus station. Outstanding service all around. Included breakfast was great with lots of options. Absolutely amazing location. You are steps away from everything you need at Veliki. The staff were incredibly helpful with all of our needs. Rooms were roomy an SUV had some nice aesthetic updates. Showers had great water pressure and heat. The hallway and doors could use some updating but we didn't mind this. There is not an elevator which could be a problem for some.

Location is excellent, as well as the restaurant (food). Smoking is allowed in the restaurant at some tables, which was very annoying to me. Smoke goes around and doesn't stay above one table. Staff needs some coaching, at least some of them. Shuttle to the airport was EU40, which is a decent price since the random cab driver would have charged $60 and up.

The staff and facilities were very accommodating, they arranged travel to and from the airport as well as assured our comfort during our stay. Food at the restaurant was delicious and the facility was quite clean. I will stay here from now on due to their fair price and centralized location. The city of Novi Sad is beautiful. Can't wait to go back.

Stayed at the Citi Hotel Veliki for 2 nights in November, 2017.I really enjoyed the hotel mostly for the location as it was only around 3 blocks from the main pedestrian street.The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful in many respects.The room itself was nothing special, but exactly what you need,a clean bed and bathroom. One thing that I found a little not perfect was the noise level, not that it was loud but you could hear noise from anywhere in the building. I feel the insulation could be worked on.

The room was very convenient to the old city center of Novi Sad. The room was, however, rather spartan. The beds were close to the ground and as hard as a brick. My husband and I shared a double bed, but the comforter in the middle was not big enough for two people. This was a problem because the room was cold in the winter. We had to steal a blank from an extra bed. On the positive side, it had a nice kitchen with a hot pot to make tea.

A minute away from the main streets. Excellent staff - really helpful with booking Fuska Gora tour and advising about canoeing. Great restaurant, including a fab buffet breakfast. Great value for money. Nice spacious room. Good wifi availability. Fridge, sink. Quiet. I recommend this to anyone.

A brilliant quiet location and yet only minutes from the centre of this lovely town. If you stay over a weekend listen out for the weddings and local music at the nearby cathedral! Food in the restaurant is excellent-the very best that Serbia has to offer and very reasonably priced.
