Great price for central location but the sewage smell in our room was suffocating

The location is perfect, right in the center of Novi Sad. Some rooms (not all) are of great size and the beds and pillows are good for sleeping. Their garage is in the hotel with easy access to the reception. The room price is cheap for this category. The breakfast has to be ordered from the waiter, not buffet style. We skipped the breakfast because we didn't want to sit in the restaurant where smoking is allowed.

Terrible sewage smell in the room. We had to request another room which also smelled a bit of sewage by the faucet but at least the smell was not present outside the bathroom. In Serbia the staff and guests are allowed to smoke in the restaurants. The smoke is everywhere in the corridor above the restaurant. The garage entrance is very narrow. A wider car may have serious challenge to navigate up and down. The parking bay is however wide enough, no problem.

Clean rooms, high quality bathroom, perfect breakfast.

Balcony door had small gap, so cold air came to the room. A lot of stairs to reach the room, no lift - may not be convenient.

The hotel is centrally located in a quiet place. The staff is very friendly and helping. The breaksat is tasty. In warm time, breakfast can be served in the inner yard (nicely decorated) of the hotel. The room are spacious with extra facilities such as fire place, balcony, and others.

Charming clean, comfortable hotel with character close to the city centre.

We chose this hotel for its charm, character and location in the old town centre and were not disappointed. The reception staff helped us with our luggage and ordered a taxi for us. The room and bathroom were large (by our usual standards) with a quirky and very comfortable round double bed. We wished we had arrived in time to use the hotel terrace.

The room was on the top floor up several flights of steps with no lift, but it was worth it. The hotel is quite a distance from the railway station but that was the price to pay for being in the old town.

Comfortable stay in the nice city center

The location is great with a lot of beautiful buildings, cafes, Dunavski park is nearby. Breakfast is quite good, there is a variety of protein, veggies, pastries, cereals, not so many cold drinks options: juice and milk. Hot beverages have more options: coffee, tea, hot chocolate.

It can be noisy at night or in the morning due to a popular location. Rooms can be very far along the corridor

Convenient, well appointed and full services.

Convenient location on a quiet street, a short walk to the city's main pedestrianised area. The hotel has a lovely courtyard with fountain. We enjoyed breakfast and late drinks in this space. Staff were helpful and the bar and restaurant proved handy. Rooms were modern and well appointed with plenty of space, TV with multiple channels, mini-bar and air-con. Breakfast was included and was continental with a few hot options.

All good. Some rooms were a fair walk from Reception, so mention if you need a closer one. Bathrooms could have been larger but were fine.

Great room, nice location but breakfast was poor and feel restricted in the evening and confined.

I requested a room with a king size bed when I booked and when I arrived this was given to me.

Breakfast was rubbish, cold and not freshly cooked. Not a large variety of food. Fried eggs were like rubber unfortunately white was disappointing. Also, during the evening the hotel doors are closed and you have to press the bell to be in by the night staff. Which then feels restricted and limits how many times you can go in and out with your own free will.

Nice and cosy, kind of serbian retro “style” from the ‘90s

Perfect location, garage, disent breakfast, extra large apartment for 5 people, nice restaurant, good staff.

The hotel consists of several buildings connected with lost of stairs and hallways. So if you are with small kids or elderly people it can be quite a challenge to rich most of the rooms.
