Super helpful and considerate staff.

Was extremely cold and hard to warm up. Bathroom was rather dissapointing. Bed was rather uncomfortable.

I had very bad experiences with hotels around the world but I never saw this in my life. Hotel room without windows ... NO WINDOWS IN THE ROOM????????

My second time in this hotel and I am going to stay again, if I have to visit Novi Sad in future.

Big, clean and comfortable room. Versatile breakfast. Very good value for money!

Good choice in city center with private parking.

Very friendly staff, private parking free of charge, big room, very good breakfast. Also just opposite from the most famous kebab house in Novisad!! Met a waiter in breakfast that was speaking good Greek that was very nice and friendly!

Didn't like the area much, for a small walk. Should walk further more to be at the nice part of city. Apart from this detail, nothing really negative.

Pleasant short stay, close to old town, wonderful staff.

The staff were amazing, so helpful, kind and they really wanted to offer the guests the best experience! The property is a short walk to the old town.

The rooms are dated and not well maintained, they are in need of renovation.

Good place to stay during exit festival

The room we stayed was comfortable. And we had space to spend time in the room. The furnitures was not new but the room was clean. Since our room was looking to the side street so it was quite and peaceful to sleep after exit festival. The best thing with the hotel is the location. Easy to walk main square and exit festival by walking The hotel staff was nice and helpful. They also gifted us a novi sad magnet :) thanks for it. And we generally recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was not rich. There were a few kind of things to eat but the ones they had good enough to eat. There could be some more kinds to give alternative to the guests. And the water machine was so slow. To fill up a glass of water, you need to stand and push the button like a few minutes.

Nice breakfast! Poor room!

The breakfast was awesome! Caffe/restaurant 10/10. The staff friendly, helpful, always doing everything with a smile! Great location, a couple of hundreds of meters from the city's centre. The room was quiet even though it's a street view room. A personal recommendation for anyone who would like a nice cup of coffee, a nice breakfast or lunch in a quiet and intimate atmosphere. The restaurant 10/10

The room's temperature was very low, on the verge of freezing. The bed(s) were separated, even though I haven't asked for it, old and stiff as a rock! I'm sure it would've been more comfortable sleeping outside on the concrete sidewalk! The overall state of the room, which for it's price should've been more comfortable! I was very disappointed and wouldn't recommend it to anyone! The room 3/10!

Dissapointing

staff is really nice and helpful, breakfast was really good, location really good.

no decent curtains to block out the light from the outside and from the inside (there's a window to the corridor, where the lights are kept on through the night, so the light always gets inside the room and it's very difficult to sleep this way). window was broken, toilet seat was broken, shower was broken... lots of things broken, even though this hotel isn't really that old.

Kind people, trying their best. Parrot in the lobby :)

Facilities are old, shower in my room has either super hot or super cold water (which was fixed by lowering max boiler temperature). Basically no window in my room (one small next to ceiling)…. Oh god, which 4 stars…. Ah yes, no soundproofing, so the parrot in the lobby constantly makes you feel that somewhere some child is not ok.

Correct hotel very close to the city center on foot. Nice breakfast with good choice. Personnel kind and very helpful.

The room we got had no window. We chose this hotel for the parking, but we had to make 3 rounds around the block to find it (every street around is one-way), and even when found, it is a cramped, dark underground garage in which the hotel has 4-5 places where it is almost impossible to navigate your car in.
