I loved the location, very close to all the best parts of the city, the host was super friendly and helpful and I felt comfortable like at home here, very nice and clean and comfortable beds!

A very nice stay at Passenger Hostel

Very clean hostel, super comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, nice temperature around the place.

I only stayed for 1 night and I didn't have a suitcase, so everything was fine for me. However, travellers with more clothes should know that the room didn't have a wardrobe—just lockers for personal stuff—and that the hostel door is always unlocked (as are the bedroom doors).

Excellent place - highly recommend

Zoren is a fabulous host and very responsive and welcoming. The beds are super comfortable, the room is spacious and had air conditioning for a very comfortable sleep. This is definitely one of the cleaner hostels I've been in - it's immaculate bathroom and shower are also very nice. Kitchen had everything I needed (I don't cook) with microwave and free coffee - total bonus.

There is no hot plate, but that was not a problem for me. They have microwavable bowls to make soup.

Clean, in the new building, rooms and the bathroom have new furniture, nice sheets, a nice kitchen, with free coffe, the host was so welcoming and friendly. The hostel is in a nice neighborhood, not far from the city center.

Host was very welcoming, responded quickly whenever I tried to contact, the place was clean and comfortable, they provided clean towels, loved having heater in the room, which I could adjust to my preference.

A great and well maintained place, all facilities available, host is very kind, supermarket and lovely restaurants are nearby. A bit walk to downtown (10-15 minutes) but I like that as it helped exploring city.

Great place in Novi Sad

Location, Wi-Fi, Cleanliness, Location, and the owner kindness. I just booked 2 nights, but in the end, I was one week. While my trip to the Fruška Gora, I could leave my backpack here. There are a lot of bakeries and restaurants around. The only thing I dislike is that it isn't possible to cook. You have a ketler, microwave, and fridge.

Best ever at this price

The owner was incredibly nice. I actually had to shorten my stay by 1 night because I overbooked too many nights and he easily refunded me for that one night. He was there to have a chat and ask how my day was every time. The place is super clean, it's clearly being cleaned every day and overall the facilities are great for this price.

There are quite a few steps if you're staying in any of the dorm rooms.

Great place to stay with possibility to park your motorbike insude the property.

Only a minor thing as everything else was really great. You have to hold the shower head while showering. Might save water but not so convenient for me.

I only stayed for 1 night so I can’t really speak much about the convenience of its location, but generally it is near many shops and restaurants. It was also fairly close to the old town/center. The owner was very hospitable and understanding, he waited for me and welcomed me even after checking in past the check-in hours. The hostel was clean and extremely well-kept. Towels and sheets were provided, all of them were in good condition

It was a bit warm during the night, which I was informed about upon checking in. So, overall, this place is actually outstanding and definitely worth the price. Just maybe prepare some cash, which is a common thing in Serbia

The hotel was easy to find and the location is quite good -- it is half an hour's walk from the bus station, 10 minutes' walk to the city centre, and half an hour's walk to the fortress. The owner of the place is very friendly and kind. Overall I enjoyed my stay in the hostel a lot.
