We had to stay for the Exit Festival. I don't recommend it.

The person in charge was very friendly and helpful.

The room cleaning was terrible. There were stains on the towels and bedding. The wardrobe in the room was not secured properly and almost fell on us. Also, we couldn't open the window because it was on the ceiling and the room was very stuffy.

Expensive, not worth

Apartment, we booked with fully equipped kitchen, but it wasn’t, no fridge, nothing to cook, at least for coffee… Than we moved to another apartment with old and dirty fridge and very old, damaged furniture… Location- far away from city centre

Short, 4 days visit to Novi Sad

Our towels were changed every day. There is a parking space in front of the guest house. The hostess was polite, contactable, and always smiling.

Attention can be paid to small details that spoil the overall impression. For example, mold that has grown on the walls can be covered up with relatively little effort. The siphons in the bathrooms can probably be unclogged at no extra cost. Showers spray everywhere, but not in the direction they are aimed. In some places, it is enough to pass the rag to remove the dirt, and in others the broom to remove the cobwebs. Perhaps these problems did not exist in 2016 when the last rating from booking.com was 9.0. I don't think quality maintenance has been done to the guest house since then and at the moment I think a rating of more than 5 or 6 would be incorrect.

Passable

The location was great, neither too close nor too far from the city centre. The room was quite big, and there was enough space for the two of us. Hot water was available at all times.

First of all, since the apartment looks onto a rather crowded street, the amount of noise reaching the room was substantial. As for the cleanliness, I strongly believe that the apartment craves cleaning and renovation. The room was dark and stuffy, since the only window was the one facing the street. I believe that some of the problems are difficult to solve, but with a dint of effort the owner would certainly be able to ameliorate the state of the apartment.

she was very helpful to print our tickets.

you can not reach her all time. when we ring the bell at reseption dest noone answered. other people in the place cant speak very well english. so had trouble to communication. we prefer there not to be far away from bus station but it is not close enough we expected. the neighbourhood is far away from city center and cant find a cab any time especially when you need.

Everythig was really nice, host was friendly and she meet our expectations, esspecially in the morning with coffee and domestic „rakija” drink, their amazing product. Definitely lovely place, only 2km from city center, but that's nice walking option...
