Deschent stay in downtown Novi Sad

Nice, cosy, clean hotel, excellent breakfast, the manager is very polite and helpful.

The room was very small. For a slightly higher price there is better accomodation available in Novi Sad.

The hotel is peaceful, quiet and cozy. The staff is kind and courteous and very responsive. The furnishings are modern, clean and very comfortable. I also liked that there is a restaurant where you can have dinner and lunch without having to look for anything in the city.

Great location, cleanliness, and friendly staff, but very poor noise isolation and sleep quality.

The location was perfect, very central and close to everything. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The young waitress was outstanding, very friendly, communicative and she made excellent coffee. Breakfast was solid and perfectly fine to start the day.

The sound insulation is extremely poor. You can clearly hear people talking in adjacent rooms. The bed was very noisy, to the point that simply turning in it was disruptive for entire hotel not only me and others in room. On the first night, other guests were very loud and we couldn’t sleep until around 4AM, which made the following day exhausting. Also, coffee was not included in the breakfast, which was surprising, this is the first hotel I’ve experienced where this was the case.

Ideal for families

Spacious two-bedroom apartment ideal for families. Everything felt even larger and nicer than in the photos. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast exceeded our expectations - plenty of choices, including great vegan options. The location is perfect for families, and the on-site restaurant is beautiful, especially the charming outdoor terrace. A truly wonderful stay.

Very good option and value for money

The apartment was as described, with breakfast included in the room rate. It was spacious and clean. Although the apartment was at street level, it was quiet at night. Bed was comfortable. Staff were great. Parking available on site. 5 min walk to the city centre, with multiple restaurants and shops/supermarkets near by.

Beautiful Villa in the center of Novi Sad

The property is on a perfect location, only 5 minutes from the center and square. The Villa has nice restaurant and private parking so if you travel by car you can leave the car there. The accommodation is spacious, new and clean. The bathroom was cozy and clean. It has TV with lots of channels. The staff was more than nice and very friendly. They can give you some advice about sights and attractions. Close to the Villa is the Synagogue, so it worth seeing it. The breakfast was very basic with not much of a choice, but for us was totally OK. Nice place, I would recommend it.

Well the only minus was the bed. It was cozy but very small. It is not a bed for two (it was vide around 120-140sm) and it was next to the wall so one person can not get in or up the bed very easily. The room had one more single bed which is ok if you travel with kid.

Very good location in Novi Sad

Very good location, very clean room. There was a mistake in my reservation, as it appeared to be made for just one child instead of two - my mistake for not checking before but we were given a bigger room right away. There was a water bottle and some fruit waiting in the room, that was nice.

As we arrived we were told there wasn't going to be any breakfast as the restaurant would be closed on Sunday...I was given back 10 euros for it. Also, the room being very big the AC doesn't do the job so it was pretty hot. No mini fridge in the room, no trash bin. A bit hard to get your way around, at the front door there is nothing about the apartments, just a restaurant sign, feels you might need to call the door but there is no name assigned to the numbers...just push it and it opens, once inside you get to the restaurant and that is the actual "reception", the restaurant bar. We called the property but nobody answered. No info about parking, we were given the keys in a hurry and that was it.

Recommended for short stay

Very close to city center, spatious apartman, friendly staff. Good food in the restaurant.

It was difficult to communicate, "recepcionist" spoke and understood only Serbian. This caused some misunderstandings, f.ex. about breakfast and payment. Cleanliness of the bathroom could be improved. English /or any /description about how to use the facilities of the apartments is really missing, since there is staff only for the restaurant. (The apartments are under the roof.)

First i would like to say that the stuff is very pleasant! We rent whole floor of three apartments for ten people. The rooms are spacious and very clean as it’s in the pictures. Villa is in the city center and it wasn’t crowded at all. The breakfast is very delicious and served in their open garden. I recommend this place and would definitely come back again. 👍🏼

For sure pleasant one night stay

Staff is very helpful. We could leave luggage in the restaurant on first floor, because we came before checkin time. Also we were able to leave bags after checkout which was helpful also, if you are leaving later. Apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. Location is great, very near the center.

To be picky, maybe bathroom could be improved, with curtains and facilities.

My dog and me really enjoyed our stay at the villa

The location is very conveninent. In just a few minutes walk you are in the city centre. And the apparments are in a quiet side street with unlimited free parking. The appartments are spacious and well equipped. The breakfast buffet is wonderfull and consists of a variety of nice prepared meals and fresh pressed apple juice, but it is served on working days. On weekend you can order a la cardé and it is much simpler.

The appartments have only very high roof windows without a telescopic pole to open them, so I had to climbe the chair and than the table to reach one to open it.
