Great location, parking and nice personal

Very good location - right on the ground floor there is a pizzeria with very good prices, excellent food and friendly staff - a big advantage is the possibility of free parking in a large parking place - cleanliness and order in the room - very well equipped rooms including air conditioning - towels and toiletries and a hairdryer were also available - pleasant and helpful staff with very good knowledge of English

I was accommodated in a single room, which had a TV, but no access to wifi or streaming services -I was missing an electric kettle in the room, but I could use it at the reception - I was missing cutlery and plates in the room -The biggest disadvantage was that they did not take enough care of the electrical sockets, it was obvious that they needed to be pushed closer to the wall (see pictures)

Very Hot, Small and Claustrophobic room. Arrived Late – Left as Soon as We Could!

Unfortunately, we didn’t like anything.

Apartments are in the residential buidings. We were placed in an attic room with four beds, even though we had booked two separate rooms – one single and one double room with an extra bed. The room was quite gloomy, surrounded by four walls, very hot, extremely cramped, and not very clean. The ceiling was very low with a steep slope because it was under the roof, which made the space feel even smaller and uncomfortable. We arrived at 1:00 AM and couldn’t wait to leave in the morning, after just 8 hours.

Under the sky windows

Several visits here already. It's close to what we are visiting in Novi Sad, and not far from the center. Nice staff, comfortable room, safe parking.

We did not have water for a few hours when we visited, but it was beyond the control of the hotel. Using the parking space needs some driving skills (the ramp is short and steep). The furniture and the fittings (lamp switch, socket, etc) are old, but work well. The air conditioner is also old and it was not in top form. Rooms have only sky windows, no views.

Having known the hotel for decades now, I unfortunately see the gradually degrading facilities- it used to be a modern place, by far an outstanding value for money- today it is just a fair deal - but I still am determined to keep being loyal. 😅

Nice spot in Novi Sad

The apartment was ok, quite zone in Novi Sad

There were some problems with the bathroom but the staff repaired it. The air conditioning didn't work properly so it was kind of hot.

Amazing underrated hotel in Novi Sad

Amazing underrated hotel in a modest building outside the city center. If you're willing to walk a bit (which is half the fun exploring cities in Serbia), you can save money by staying here. I found the room to be extremely spacious and comfortable. The staff in the hotel are friendly and helpful. There's an excellent restaurant right by the hotel entrance.

Shower gadgetry was a little confusing.

Personnel is very polite. It's pretty clean. Location is ok, there is available parking around a block.

Missing shower gel and shampoo, if one forget it, there's no backup for that. Air-conditioning is kinda bad, maybe just a bad unit. It's not very stroller -friendly, you have to carry it for few steps but it's just a fact usefull for parents and staff was willing to help!

could be a bit cleaner (few bugs spotted), windows shades non existing/light, so actually no sleep possible during the daylight, we got wake up call sharp on time for checkout - which typically is ok, but it was special ocassion of a music festival and price was according (so just some courtesy would be helpful :))..

The staff is very polite and helpful. Every question or problem is resolved in notime. We had a problem with parking, but the lovely staff member resolved it without a problem.

Rooms lack toiletries and basic things such as glasses, kettle, iron, etc. Cleanliness was not the best and the cleaning lady never came in during our 5 days of stay. The hotel and rooms reacked of smoke, the windows had to be open the whole time. Wifi is too weak to even send a text message. Generally, photos don't match the real situation.

Well organized and clean place in the Liman quarter

Excellent location if you have business in the Liman quarter of Novi Sad. Parking place included in the price. Proximity to several good bars and restaurants. Well organized system for check-in, check-out. Hotel-like reception with nice and friendly staff.

The single room was not huge, and the bed was under the roof - as it can be seen in the photos. No view from the room as it only has a sky window. The shower cabin is a tricky one to figure out which tap opens what, and water pressure was barely okay to take a shower.
