Really supportive staff, nice transit stay

A nice transit stay during our family long journey back from vacations. We arrived very late (after 22:30), but thankfully there was no need to worry as the facility operates 24/7. We got a great night's sleep and freshened up after the trip— towels, soap, and shower gel were all provided. The room also had a minibar with snacks available for an extra charge, for those interested (prices listed in Serbian dinars and Eur). In the morning, we were served a hot breakfast, with several options to choose from on the menu. What was important for us: payment was possible by card, and the amount was converted into Serbian dinars using a fair and standard exchange rate—not an inflated one. We’re especially grateful for the help we received with an unexpected issue—our car battery had completely died. At first, we asked other guests and staff for assistance. Eventually, a kind gentleman at the reception called a local car repair workshop for help. They arrived promptly on Saturday morning, got us back on the road, and didn’t charge us a single dinar. A heartfelt thank you for the support and kindness!

Just if you want to save money and you are prepared for everything

The only positive of this accommodation is the price. That's why I probably shouldn't be too critical, because it usually happens that if something is very cheap, there will be some problem. It is actually our fault that we chose this accommodation. The waiter at dinner was kind, that was also a positive moment.

This was the most disgusting accommodation we have ever experienced. The entire accommodation smells of smoking. The rooms are smoking and everything smells of cigarette smoke. Both the room and the bathroom were dirty, there were clumps of hair on the carpet in the room. It was all absolutely disgusting. We prayed that it would be morning and left. The waiter at breakfast didn't say hello, actually he didn't say anything at all, he just smoked in the next room - everywhere was the stench of cigarettes. He ordered the food without saying a word and brought it without saying a word. When we left the accommodation, we said goodbye to him, but again he didn't say anything at all.

Recommended for a short stay.

This is what I was looking for going further and to stop one night. It met the basics and had breakfast included in the room rate. Staff nice but depending on the person. In addition, the location for people who only plan to stay overnight, without exploring the city - perfect, because it is very close to the highway. By the way, I would like to add that it is worth visiting the city if you have time. It has several valuable places and you can eat a pretty good dinner...

Good price. The room itself was good, the bed is good, the bedding is tidy.

All rooms (reception, restaurant, corridors) are full of cigarette smoke. WC room in need of some repair.
