value for money and ideal location

we stayed here for a night to visit exit festival and it ws 2km away from the fortress. ideal location with good restaurants around and has a bar at the front which is very cozy. we enjoyed our stay and definetely recommend.

There were bed bugs in the bed and the bathroom, more especially the toilets seemed like they have not been washed in a while, the room smelled like cigarettes because of the bar

Cozy and in center

The staff was friendly, and the location was in center, perfect for the EXIT festival, about 20 minutes walk from the Fort.

The room I was in did not have an AC, but it did have a huge fan, which was more than enough.

Location of the place is very good, 10 minutes from the city center.

The accommodation is really sub par. Definitely too expensive for what it has to offer. The staff is quite unhelpful. The TV did not work, i.e. there were no channels available, and the staff member tried to fix something, but we're pretty sure that she knew it was broken. The door of the room could not be closed unless you locked it. There was an unpleasant smell from the bathroom. When booking we chose "double bed", but actually got twin beds (which were placed one next to another).

Disappointing

Don't go there, don't rent. We supposed to cancel our holidays because the place is unacceptably bad. Looks more like burdel than pansion (as it's written). There are few rooms above the billiard bar, audibility is excellent, impossible to chill. Everything is old and dirty.
