The best top quality boutique hotel in the heart of Novi Sad

This is my third stay at this great hotel. Best location in the heart of the Novi Sad city center, just across from the legendary "tram" cafana, short walk from the old town and Danube promenade. Rooms are stylish and top class equipped, great quality bed, linen, towels and toiletries. Breakfast is amazing. Reception staff goes above and beyond in fulfilling guests wishes, service is quick, efficient and polite. Superior experience, highly recommend!

Fine but wouldn't go back

Reception staff were very kind and helpful Bed was comfortable and the room temp was well managed, which I often find is hard in most hotels Room and general hotel were clean

Access to the building itself is confusing and the lifts don't let you go up from the Kalem entrance, which seems pointless. The lift doors are abrupt and don't seem to have a sensor, the door slammed into me as I walked in and didn't recoil once it hit me, bruised my arm a bit! The rooms, located on side overlooking the bar (Kalem by Zak), are not sound-proofed and the bar pounded loud music past 11pm, which was really frustrating. The room provides very standard amenities, kettle and 2 instant coffee sachets; would've been nice to have spoons instead of single-use plastic stirrers. WiFi is exceptionally poor, kept cutting out and I ended up using my data allowance for most of my 2 night stay. The gym is not actually part of the hotel, it's a separate building and business with standard gym opening times, which isn't great for weekend stays. For the price of the room, it really should've included breakfast. In summary, massively overpriced for an overall, underwhelming experience.

Lovely and well-kept hotel — clean, stylish, and perfect for a special occasion.

We stayed here for our anniversary and were so pleasantly surprised — the staff had prepared a beautiful room for us and even left a small gift to celebrate. Such a thoughtful touch! The hotel has a stunning design, everything was super clean, and the whole atmosphere felt very welcoming. Breakfast was a real highlight - not only was there a great variety, but they also served hot dishes, which you don’t always see. It made the whole experience feel even more special. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

Place to stay in Novi Sad

A wonderful place to stay in Novi Sad, whether there for tourism or on business. Excellent location, within walking distance to everything in the city. Outstanding breakfast buffet.

Only minor complaint is that there was no electrical plug near the desk, so I had to plug in my laptop and phone from a plug near the bed.

Very clean and comfortable rooms with nice breakfast. The location is centered and quick to reach any part of the city. I have asked no smoking rooms and i got it.

I like this Hotel very much!

Everything is great! The best Hotel in Novi Sad.

The breakfast is not for kids. I did not see the oatmeal porridge, no omelet, the sausage is cheese only, there are no potatoes. so my granddaughter could eat only cornflakes. But there are so many other restaurants around, so it wasn't a big problem for me.

A good experience.

Location OK. Good breakfast.

The reception staff was not very friendly. I couldn't get a coffee 5 minutes before breakfast opened (I was trying to leave early and breakfast only started at 7.30 am) even though everything was ready. The parking staff doesn't explain anything, they make you walk the car from one place to another even though we paid for the parking and at the entrance it says Hotel Pupin.

The place to stay if you visit Novi Sad

Hyper modern hotel built on top of an old building, located in the very city center of Novi Sad. Excellent hotel staff. Very professional, service minded and willing to help. We spent a lot of time in Kalem by Zak restaurant which is located on the ground floor where you can charge everything to your hotel room. All in all myself and my colleague enjoyed our stay here and will definitely come back the next time we visit Novi Sad

A comfortable, luxurious escape from the Serbian sunshine

The air conditioning was perfect, the bed was huge and really comfortable. The bathroom felt luxurious and was restocked every day, the towels were fluffy and soft. The room itself was spacious and I loved having a separate space for changing.

We missed having a pool! But otherwise it was pretty perfect.

Decent stay to enjoy the exit festival

The location is very good, especially for access to the festival (Exit), access to the river beach, pretty much everything in Novi Sad. The staff were helpful with smile on their faces. We are three friends from the UK and the hotel accommodated the rooms next to each other (Standard Double). The breakfast options are quite good and they even have an omelette station which is always a nice touch. The bar area is quite nice and the cocktail menu has a lot of options. The food options should you choose to dine at the hotel are nice.

The rooms were quite dated and certainly not 5 star standards. In fact, the hotel is a part of a much larger complex and at the reception entrance itself we saw pile of upturned furniture which stuck out like a sore thumb. The A/C in my room was ineffective at best and the weather was very hot. I did call in for this and this was looked into but nothing much happened to the cooling. We went to Novi Sad mostly to attend the exit festival and wanted a bit of nap before going out but without any notice the hotel had a DJ playing right behind our rooms from 4pm which disturbed us a great deal and could have been avoided. The rooms faced the hotel restaurant downstairs and it was quite noisy during evenings. Certainly not a five star by any standards but could fit into a 4 star property on a good day.

Too expensive for what you get.

Room is small but comfortable for 1 person. Situation is very central, so you don’t need to use any transport to be in the centrum.

Hotel pretend to be 5 stars but do not have any relax spa area, no gym, no swimming pool. Reception on the second floor, so hotel do not own all building. There is ugly reception of tyres compagny when you enter the building. Never seen it before, specially for 5 starts hotels. Room is very noisy as outside is always loud music. I can’t sleep in the room. On the breakfast service difficult to get a coffee, waiters are not reactive.

Rooms were big, beautiful, and perfectly clean. The decor was uniquely fabulous. Beds and pillows were so comfortable. The ladies at reception were wonderful. Breakfast was incredible. Perfect location. We absolutely loved this hotel.
