Good but could've been more for the money

The jacuzzi on the outside deck area was fantastic and so was The View which meant you can jump into jacuzzi anytime you wanted to. The breakfast buffet was pretty good also. Front desk staff were good and professional. Good masseuse as well.

The quality of the rooms could have been much better . The telephone jack was pulled out from the walls we had no phone in the room to call the front desk. We had a lot of outlets that were crooked and a lot of small details to the room could have been paid attention to overall the room should have a higher standard for the amount of money that you're paying for the night

Great location by the river, with an outdoor pool and jacuzzi.

Jacuzzi in the rooms, the view from the rooms overlooking the river, the location, the outdoor jacuzzi and pool area by the river — the breakfast is nice as well.

Bathrooms in the rooms are in desperate need of renovation — it’s been that way for years. Also, there is no usable hairdryer in any room. We got an additional one upon request at the reception, but that one was equally unusable.

The apartment was very spacious, with an exceptional terrace and a truly breathtaking view. The bed wаs extremely comfortable, and the entire place had a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were outstanding, professional, friendly, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Overall, my stay was wonderful, and I left with excellent impressions. I would gladly come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Everything seems fine, but minor problems spoil the mood. And for such a price I think there are too many of them.

I liked the presence of a jacuzzi, great location, wonderful polite staff, great comfortable room with almost everything you need.

various minor breakdowns in the room spoil the perfect impression, from the room you can see pipes, solar panels, dirty canopies of the floor below, garbage on the beach right next to the hotel. A beautiful view of the mountains is possible only from the jacuzzi, from other angles it is spoiled

Very pleasant short getaway.

The property is just on the bank of Danube, nice view from our room, very kind staff, good room size (for 2 persons), very good breakfast, possible massage on the spot, video surveillance on the parking.

The room was not exactly as advertised on the photos on Booking.com (I guess there are two similar rooms); there were some crumbs in the hot tub, the location was good for us but it is certainly not within the walking distance from the city center.

Highly recommend, even better in summer, since there is a pool in the backyard with an amazing river view.

The location is very good, right next to the Danube river, at the suburbs of Novi Sad. There is a free parking in front of the apartmants. Overall experience was very good. Receptionists very friendly and helpful. It’s very clean. The jacuzzi was just amazing, enjoyed every minute. Highly recommend Delux double apartmant with hot tub and river view. We got towels, bathrobes and slippers. There is a small fridge in the room. The breakfast was modest, eggs, sausages, cheese, tomatoes and pickles, juices, coffee, but still very tasty. We would definitly come back here in summer maybe.

You can see the apartmants are not brandly new, we could’ve see this little hotel aging, so maybe it could be improven a little bit (ex. terrace door, bathroom window, some scrathes around the room). Breakfast modest.
