Cozy Nook B&B - Free Private Parking

They didn't even give me the room I had booked although it was available, ready to check-in and fully functioning. I booked the deluxe room, which was spacious and had a fully equipped kitchen. I booked the room specifically because I needed a kitchen. About half an hour after I checked myself into the room, they came and put me in a different room that was half the size and had no kitchen, claiming that I was in the wrong room, which was simply not true. And they still charged me full price in cash at check in. Every day they kept promising that they would provide kitchen supply in my new room, so that I could at least cook basic stuff. But they never provided the promised kitchen supply until the day I checked out. The day before check-out I asked for a 50% refund. Suddenly the owner was not in town to give me my money back in cash. Instead he offered to wire it to my bank account. It was non-sensical and asymetric that they would charge me in cash on the spot, but do the refund by bank transfer when I am no longer in town. I insisted several times that they send somebody over to give me my money back. Only after I said that I would talk to the police about what I had been experiencing, they promised to make sure to give me the refund in cash at check-out. I eventually got the refund. Apart from this experience, here are a few facts about the room they had put me in: - the bed sheets had stains on them - there was a table where you could make coffee. The table was dirty and some of the glasses and mugs were dirty as well. - the sink in the bathroom was dirty - the water flush mechanism of the toilet kept getting stuck - the heating had to be on 70% of the time to keep the room warm (I was there in January). The heating is loud and it blows around the dust in the room. Wouldn't recommend it for people with dust allergies. - the description for the deluxe room suggests that there is a bath tub. This is not true.

Spacious, new, stylish, modern.

Maybe, i was unlucky, but the drain in shower was clogged and water just went all over the bathroom. It was in the morning before the check-out and cleaning lady came to help with this.

Good and big room, good location, friendly communication and excellent service. Also, the airport transfer worked really well.

Nice room, coffee maker, comfy bad and lights around the apartment - very stylish and cozy.

The room was for my mother and as I walked her home to the apartment, the administrator was really nosy to check whether she truly stays alone, lol. Wrote everywhere and knocked the door to check whether she is alone (we were drinking tea), and told that we will have to pay additional price if additional person is staying. All is understandable, of course, but please, a little more respect for personal space, it is a little offensive even.

Okay, the room was exceptional. Nicely designed. Fully furnished, thick curtains so we could get excellent sleep. Host explaining things and giving recommendations about Novi Sad.

I read the previous comments about the shower and they are correct: the water is sometimes hot, sometimes cold, and you can barely control that. Breakfast! Do not take the breakfast they offer, you'll pay higher amount for the less they give you. They charge €7 which is 800 rsd approximately, and you'll get breakfast for 520 rsd only! Beware!

Owner was super nice. Bathroom and room had a good style. Smart-TV and Air Condition. Huge room for small money. Quiet with spacious garden.
