Excellent hotel! Highly recommended.

Due to an unforseen medical problem we had to give our room to a second party travelling to the same location and the hotel was very accommodating with the change. The person loved her stay and couldn't have been happier with both the hotel and the staff. A big bonus for her was that the hotel has private parking.

Nice central location

A nice location, with modern looks/design, seems new. Good parking facilities, nice restaurant with terrace on groundfloor level. Rooms are confortable and very clean. In the middle of town, close to the center and shops. Staff is prompt and helpful, behaving not necessarily warm, but professional.

Love it!

The place was brand new, and the rooms were spacious and very well equipped! The cleanliness was truly top-notch, and everything felt fresh and well maintained. The team was extremely friendly and always helpful, especially supporting us with our taxi orders. We also really enjoyed the restaurant downstairs , great atmosphere and food. We definitely recommend it!

Enjoyable stay and would happily return

Macchiato Rooms is on the outskirts of Novi Sad but an easy cheap taxi ride to the centre. We liked the vibe of the cafe/restaurant where the food and service are excellent. Everything was modern and the staff very friendly and helpful. Very good value for money.

It is described as Boutique Macchiato on Booking.com and this came up on SatNav and took us into the city to the wrong hotel. This is the sister hotel and is Macchiato Gori, or Macchiato Rooms. Eventually we found it nearer the outskirts of Novi Sad.

Very good hotel

Very nice hotel in a very convenient location. Extremely clean with very nice and modern decor. There was a fridge with freezer which was very convenient as we were travelling. Staff very kind and helpful! The facilities are very nice and the garage had many spaces to accommodate guests. There is also extra secure parking. The lady working on Thursday evening was very kind and helpful. She offered to call us taxi and while we were asking questions about taxis in Novi Sad, she even offered to give us her personal number in case we need help after her working hours. We obviously didn’t accept as we respect her personal time but her gesture was very much appreciated.

There are only two things that we didn’t like: The bed mattress was rock hard and it made it difficult to enjoy proper sleep especially after a long drive. It may be our room but it is something that if taken into consideration I believe that it will improve the overall experience. The second thing is that the water was off during the night. It might have been accidental or something related to the council and not the hotel but I think it’s worth mentioning. Other than those two things we loved the place and the people working in that.

Clean room in residential area

Recently refurbished, clean room.

A bit far from the pedestrian/touristic part of town and some traffic outside the window. We didn’t mind walking though and it allows you to see a bit more of the city. Slept well with earplugs so probably depends on how sensitive you are to traffic.

Isodora je iznimno draga i susretljiva osoba. Svakodnevno se brinula o nama i našim potrebama. HVALA!!! Hotel je moderno namješten i funkcionalan. Mi smo ga izabrali zbog opcije punjenja električnog automobila. Wallbox je snage 12kW i koristi se za punjenje samo jednog automobila.

Great staying!

We stayed for 9 days at WellNs Rooms, and everything has been really perfect! The building is completely renewed, and rooms are super clean, with a new modern fashionable design and really huge (they can be considered suites). Isidora, the girl who welcome us, is really a great host and really made us feel like home, giving us also great value suggestions to fully enjoy our staying in Novi Sad. The structure is not near to the city center (not even so far), but the position is great: you can reach almost everything in 5 minutes with a taxi. Really recommended!

Excellent place to stay. Excellent place to work from home. The speed of the internet was 200MB+, the room is very quiet and warm. The staff is very friendly and helpful. 100% recommended. There are supermarkets and a couple of restaurants within a 2-3 minute walk.

You have to walk 20 minutes to get to the old city center.

We loved this hotel a lot! Everything is brand new, very cool technologies with cards and displays. I liked kits with hygiene products, toothbrushes. The design of rooms is so nice too. We had a problem with water, it was almost night. These guys came to us immediately and fixed everything. It was very indicative, it is clear that the owners care very much about providing high-quality service to their guests.

This hotel is so new, so I hope there will be more services in future, maybe breakfast, 24-hour reception. And i think these high-tech displays with cards need a small instruction for a boomer like me :D
