Terrible stay with sewage odor, poor cleanliness, stale food, and indifferent staff — unacceptable.

Absolutely nothing.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The room smelled strongly of sewage and stagnant water. The odor was constant, intense, and impossible to ignore. It felt like sleeping next to an open sewer. Even after leaving the hotel, my clothes and belongings retained the disgusting sewage smell. The cleanliness was completely unacceptable. The room was not properly cleaned, and the bed linen did not smell fresh. The entire hotel felt dirty and neglected. The breakfast was shocking. The food was clearly stale, dry, and unappetizing. The pancakes were hard and obviously not fresh. Serving utensils had dried, old food stuck to them, which clearly shows that basic hygiene standards are not maintained. It was disturbing and completely unacceptable. The staff was unfriendly, indifferent, and did not seem to care at all about the guests or the condition of the hotel. This hotel demonstrates a complete lack of hygiene, maintenance, and management oversight. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid staying here. This property seriously damages the reputation of its hotel chain. This experience was unacceptable in every aspect and should not be tolerated by Booking.com or future guests.

Room is good, like what I expect, Sauna is good and many room and enought for many guest

1.The jacuzzi is quite small and only one and also shared with other guests 2. The breakfast was okay, but for Sheraton standards, it could have been better

A wonderful and comfortable stay with excellent service

Our stay at Sheraton Novi Sad was excellent from start to finish. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help, which made us feel truly cared for. The room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, with a very comfortable bed that guaranteed a great night’s rest. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, and the restaurant service was outstanding. The hotel’s location is convenient, and the overall atmosphere is elegant yet relaxing. We had a wonderful experience and would gladly return on our next visit to Novi Sad. Highly recommended!

It's OK

Great staff, spacious room and spa.

Max A/C is 20 degrees which was not convenient for me. Also makes no sense to charge 30 EUR entrance fee for rooftop bar. I wanted to have a drink there before going out but apparently its only reserved for club members.

Pleasant 4day stay in Sheraton Novi Sad

We had great stay in Sheraton, Novi Sad. - large rooms - big and comfortable beds - convenient underground parking (although a bit tight) - great breakfast with lots of things - staff always there to help And most importantly - our small poodle was welcomed as well! Cant think of anything negative… maybe only that location is not in the center, but we travelled around in our car, so not an issue. Next time we visit Novi Sad, we will choose again Sheraton for sure.

The hotel is at a distance from the center (2,5km), which is ok for adults but quite a challenge for kids. Also, the air conditioner in one of our rooms didn’t work well

Great hotel in Novi Sad.

Great hotel, located on the main road to the city, slightly outside the center. It offers a parking garage for a small fee and bicycles for rent (recommended - the infrastructure of the city favors the use of bicycles). Exceptional breakfast - varied and fresh. Nice spа on the top floor.
