Comfortable stay with friendly and accommodating staff

Excellent hotel, excellent location

We forgot to take some items from the closet after checkout and the hotel staff kept them for a week, until I eventually came to pick up those things. I appreciate that service very, very much.

Wasn’t worth spending so much per night. very old hotel

Only location

Room interior was very cheap, no amenities. bathroom was very small. Cleaning staff was really bad, cleaning wasn’t upto mark. Main issue was staff didn’t understand English language

The staff were amazing, the manager Tanja is an absolute hospitality wizard, all receptionists were very friendly and helpful especially Ivana and Valentina, the rooms were spacious and clean, the breakfast wonderful and the facilities updated, and the location was amazing.

Nice area / location, but didn't like the hotel and service.

Hotel location - is really good. Nothing else rather than that.

Breakfast was not that good. No variety and especially what surprised me - it's really bad coffee and juices (which are more like colored water with lemon). Room was not clean, there was a big dead bug under the battery - and after 4 nights in the room - it was still there (and was not removed after cleaning). As well there was a big chunk of some dark hair on the carpet near the bed - and same story here - was not removed after cleaning in the room). I arrived to the hotel at night and there was no people at reception speaking English well (what was the case day later and after - same). Water flow in the washstand was really small - not enough to clean the teeth even. In the morning I went to the shower - it was the proper water flow there, but there was other issue. Water stock was not working fine. So the water was coming in and not coming out and leaked outside of the shower cabin. "Fresh" towels smelled with cigarets.... I din't like experience in this hotel at all.

That was above our expectations and fresh and with a good choice of healthy dishes.

We were in need of an in-room electric kettle or some hot drinking water. That will be a good option or at least a common-use water dispenser for drinking hot/cold water. A good example is Singaporean hotels.

Decent but does not justify the 4* rating. Not much choice fpr breakfast, furniture clean but worn out, mold in the shower cabin....but it's comfortable and spatious, the room had a big balcony.

The bed is a little small, the inventory is a little bit old but not damaged, the hotel is not at the city center.

Breakfast is ok. About 20-30 minutes on foot to the city centre.

Everything is old. The building itself requires renewal. The furniture in the rooms is shabby and the "king-size" bed is just two adjacent beds.

Great location and amazing staff, but cleanliness not so

Location is very convenient. Especially if you go by train since it is just opossite of train station. Employees are very professional and helpful. That's something that adds most of the value for this place.

Room was not very clean. I found dust all over the floor together with the bug. Carpets are ready to be washed. Make up stains on hairdryer. Toilet, I must say, was clean. Also, windows are not soundproofed, so if you get a room overlooking the bus station it will be chalenging for you to fall asleep.

Very poor

I was just not aware that in Serbia you can smoke anywhere. I am OK with that, but allowing people to smoke in the rooms and in the restaurant while having breakfast, I just think it is too much. The smell was just horrible, I could not sleep.

The cigarettes smell can be filled form everywhere in the loby and the restourant. The mattress protections are making a noise, hotel can think of using something else as material then nylon.. 2 people in the room but only one bathrobe and slippers.

The hotel boasts excellent hygiene, friendly staff and delicious food, especially meat. The location is excellent and connected to all the sights of Novi Sad. Spacious and secure parking was very important to me. Good job hotel Novi Sad! 🙂
