Great place to stay in Novi Sad

We were welcomed really friendly, even though we arrived a little bit late. The location is more than great, there is a secure parking spot. It was warm, cozy and very clean.

The sofa bed was not very comfortable but it was ok for a few nights stay.

I like the receptionist, the location of the hotel, the size of the room.

The hygiene was not good. There were pieces of hair on the towels. The breakfast is awful - almost nothing to eat. No one cleans the tables from the breakfast from the day before. Seems like the whole place fir the breakfast was not clean for years.

Super great stray when traveling in Europe. Great host and location

Location is a small walk from the center. Host is very welcoming and friendly. We have stayed with Arhiv Boutique House for the 3rd time when we travel. Parking is great and in the yard of the building. Highly recommend!

Perfect location and FREE parking

The location right in the center and the fact that we could park for free which was really convenient. The breakfast was ok and the space was nicely decorated.

The rooms were ok in terms of decorations, space and cleaning, but the mattress were really hard, it was difficult to sleep besides the fact that there was noise during the night.

Centrally-Located Hotel with Clean and Modern Rooms

Arhiv Boutique House is centrally located in the historic center of Novi Sad near many excellent restaurants and bars. The rooms are clean and modern and the breakfast is good. I enjoyed my stay at Arhiv and would return.

Good place. Could be better

Comfortable place, same yard with good restaurants and right in the City center. Clean and with supportive personal.

Attention for details in the room may ruin the vibe for some (see pictures). Breakfast was good but with no variety. Internet speed was the worst i've seen in years.

Really great location and the room was spacious. It is in a quiet neighbourhood and the monuments are within walking distance.

We thought the parking was within the property but the owner had found a place for us exactly outside the building.

Terrible breakfast: - cheapest undrinkable "orange juice" - terrible and cold coffe - eggs dried out at 7:30 also at 9:00 at the moorning. - cereals were so bad quality - lack of selection There is no reception, I had to call the local nmbr of the Hotel for assistants. The WiFi was not working, There was no change of towels, even If I left it on the floor. The breakfast area was dirty and messy.

Excellent stay in beautiful Novi Sad

Nice place to stay in Novi Sad, excellent location just few minutes away from the town centre, rooms are huge and clean, warm and quiet. Parking was also included in the price. Breakfast was also very good. Staff very polite and helpful. Worth the money we have paid.

Location is more than great, room was clean, the bed was comfortable.

Nobody was at the reception when we arrived. Other guests had been already waiting before our arrival to check-in. We hadn't receive breakfast and again, no personnel showed up in the hotel during the morning hours. Other people were waiting for receiving breakfast too, so at 09.00 o'clock I called the owner who informed me that the person responsible for breakfast has some family issues. Half an hour after my call, got a message of apology via booking from the owner. Can't really rate such a situation, I mean, you take the money but don't make the slightest effort to compensate the client or at least to inform him in time.
