the location is too loud, the service i terrible, it wasn’t clean at all , the food is bad, the whole place is dirty and they didn’t provide us a bill or invoice for the payment and they insisted for payment in advance and in cash with an explanation that booking is charging them with a provision

First they didn't have my reservation from Booking. They gave me a room although they said that there was nothing from Booking. Bathroom was dirty, bed was uncomfortable. WiFi didn't work, I asked 3 times staff for help with WiFi but they could't fix it. Whole night we heard noises. Breakfast was awful, didn't even have coffe, only tee or milk. At the check out they wrote me price on peace of paper. I didn't want to pay this as I didn't know if they will fix everything with Booking. Then a waitress yelled at me that they work like this all the time and sweared. At the end of argument she gave me a receipt for a triple room instead of double what I booked and stay into.

Senki nem volt képben velünk. Bár visszaigazolást kaptuk foglaláskor, a recepciós azt sem tudta, kik vagyunk és mit akarunk ott. Nem lehet kártyával fizetni és a szobákban dohányoznak.

Az van feltüntetve, hogy bankkártyás fizetésre van lehetőség, sőt azt írja, hogy készpénzben NEM lehet fizetni. Ehhez képest nem engedélyezték a kártyás fizetést. Vártam, hogy a tulaj megérkezzen, hogy lássuk, mi a probléma. Reggelizés közben megérkezett a tulaj és arrogánsan megkérdezte, hogy mi a probléma?! Azt hallotta, hogy nem akarok fizetni!!! Mi van????!!! Fizetnék, csak közölték, hogy kártyával nem lehet, készpénzben nem fizethetek, ugyanis céges költségre megy és kártyával kell fizetnem. Úgy bánnak a vendéggel, akár egy bűnözővel vagy egy utolsó senkivel....
