A very good choice!!!

The staff was amazing, welcoming and very helpful. Breakfast was pretty good. The spa facilities were very good.

The room was a bit crowded in my opinion, since the heavy furniture took a lot of space.

Beuatiful stay if you are exploring Novi Sad, Petrovaradin Fortress and around

Great stay in beautiful historic town near Novi Sad! Its inrerior is reminder of this place's AustroHungarian history. Highly recommended if you are visiting Novi Sad and you have a car. It is a very charming place with rich history and beautiful first Serbian gymanisum and school for young Orthodox priests both very well worth visiting. You can combine it with Petrovaradin Fortress or on yoru way to Belgrade. If you are doing Austo Hungarian tour and visitig Budapest and Vienna and Novi Sad than this is a stop for you ! Beuatiful butique hotel. Highly recommened

I wish our room was lookig more towards the town square instead towards the walls of next building.

Extremely limited parking. We ended up getting a parking ticket because although they arranged parking for the evening they forgot to do it for the next morning Breakfast, while offering a good variety, had very limited selection of fruit in the middle of summer and was in a subterranean room without any natural light

Fantastic hotel….wonderful stay!

We were fortunate enough to spend three wonderful nights here. The hotel is amazing. Never mind it looks like and decorated like a French palace, it is fantastically comfortable and clean and convenient. The bed was so comfortable. The shower was endless hot water and with nice products provided and towels were very plushie and new. Breakfast was amazing. The location is huge and tons of choices. Two of our morning the occupancy was conducive to have a buffet and one morning only being one of three rooms we had “made to ordered “. Both there were plenty of choices and excellent quality. Had great coffee and tea choices. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable it was a real treat to be able to talk with them. Elevator was always waiting for us…loved that! We read a previous review on this hotel that said it was kichy and furniture was not of good quality, we could not disagree more. It decor is lovely and trust me when we tell you the furniture is thick and substantial. Great stay and we will return.

Fabulous hotel in a great location

The hotel was simply lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Sara at the front desk, who made us feel right at home. We had a beautiful, spacious suite with a balcony and jacuzzi. I appreciated the chocolates we received on arrival, as well as the coffee machine in our room. Breakfast was lovely too. The hotel is in the heart of Sremski Karlovski, so you could not ask for a better location.

Wonderful hotel, but some rooms are a furnace in summer

Everything was fantastic - breakfasts, the staff, the rooms, location, but...(read on for what we didn't like)

BUT what ruined our stay was the air-conditioning, or rather, the lack of it. My room was not so bad, the air conditioning took time to cool the room, which is still ok but the room in which my brother stayed in was unbearable. Apparently, there was a fault in the heating and it would kick in making the room insufferably hot. At night, he would sleep with the door open! Because the corridors were much cooler than the room itself. And the reception said they could change the room to another on that floor but it would have the same problem.

The staff!! All of them were so polite, smiled, and always there to help! Big thanks to all of them. The mattresses are so comfortable. All the hotel is well equipped and clean!
