Location is just great. It said that it was free for kids, but we were a bit unsatisfied because we still had to pay €30

It said that it was free for kids, but we were a bit unsatisfied because we still had to pay €30 for a sofa to be opened and made, even though we had already paid an extra €20 by choosing the 3-person option instead of two.

Great modern hotel in the heart of a very interesting city

Modern hotel 100 meters from the main square. Large room with nice views, great breakfast with plenty of choice. Value for money was outstanding (with Genius discount).

Access to the parking garage via an elevator is a bit tricky.

OK hotel for a few days stay, great location and breakfast

Great location, 5 minutes walk from the main square. Despite being next to a very busy crossing, the room was relatively quiet. A bit difficult to approach, but a nice addition is the garage free of charge. The breakfast was excellent, good selection and open until late morning.

The rooms were a bit worn down; it seems nothing has been renewed or replaced since the hotel opened 15-20 years ago. The A/C could be hardly controlled, and in general it was too warm - the issue I have in many hotels.

Nice room, lots of space, clean and not smelly. Staff was very friendly and treated me very formal.

Perfect!

A wonderful hotel with all comforts you wish for: nice spacious rooms, a private parking below the building (accessible by car - elevator), a delicous breakfast buffet with lots of choices! Also the staff was great! From the receptionist who welcomed me with a wonderful smile to the warm glow from the friendly cleaning lady who all made me feel very welcome! I highly recommend this hotel!

Location, staff and the quality was overall very good.

Location and the room size.

Although I booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children, there was no preparation made for the children. The room did not include the two-seater sofa shown in the advertisement. Initially, the staff offered an extra bed for €30, even though there should have been at least a foldable sofa to accommodate one of the children. After a brief discussion, the staff offered a complimentary room change to one that included a foldable sofa, which resolved the issue.

A great place.

The location was excellent to see some of the main buildings. A walk past churches and restaurants to the Danube. Quiet considering it is on a busy street. I would stay there again.

Excellent location, excellent breakfast. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper though.

The location was perfect - close to everything. The breakfast was bountiful, fresh, and delicious. The room was very spacious.

The wifi in the room was really bad and I could hear a lot of noises from the hallway, other rooms, and from outside. One of the main reasons why I booked this hotel is the free parking, but I was notified later that it was fully booked.

It was very clean comfortable bed! Centre of the town . But very tricky about bathroom showering.

No bath mat: in the bath rather tricky for an elderly woman like me! As a result I left my shower gel behind as I was afraid of getting out of tub. Very mediocre breakfast! To problematic and telephone not working

I have mentioned above Bathmat. Prime video or Netflix TV and telephone should work properly

Best stay in city center

In my opinion, the best hotel in the city center, just at the old town, very clean, modern, with a comfortable bed and great breakfast, nice personnel. From all the hotels that I have stayed at in Novi Sad, this is the best - even though all of them were great. Next time I’m very sure I will stay here again.

Top location! 2 minutes or less to downtown. Numerous restaurants and cafes around. Very nice and rich breakfast. Perfect for business or leisure. Room no. 206 is huge. Ask for it...

The breakfast is very rich and the geographical location is very advantageous.

I think priority should be given to asking guests if they want to extend their stay before renting out the room, in order to avoid guests having nowhere to go.

Great city hotel

Very nice modern hotel, tidy and clean, excellent location just a short stroll to the Old Town, comfy bed, quite at night, good breakfast, nice personnel. Shortly - this is how a city hotel should look like. Great value for money, one of the best hotels is Novi Sad.

Great Location- Average room!

Great location- so easy to walk to everything. Hotel was well kept and room was clean. Room provided was as pictured.

The bed was so uncomfortable- it had springs that poked into my back. I do not recommend for a good nights sleep. Thankfully there was a spare comforter and I was able to sleep on the floor. They provided parking- however the amount of spaces to rooms is very low so ensure to reserve a spot if needed. The garage is extremely tight and you need to go on a car elevator to get to the garage. The shower could be much better designed to not get water all over. Minimal A/C do not come to cool off.

Sjajna lokacija i sjajan pogled iz sobe.

Pristup garazi auto liftom- bez obzira sto je hotel potvrdio rezervaciju parkinga, kada smo stigli/ mesta u garazi nije bilo. Osoblje: mladi simpaticni ali nedovoljno obuceni, stariji neljubazni. Biranje TV kanala komplikovano. Enterijer prilicno ‘jeftin’. Steta za hotel na takvoj lokaciji.
