By far the best hotel in Novi Sad and its not even close

Everything, honestly it was an amazing hotel - the staff were excellent and very hospitable, the room was BEAUTIFUL with the lighting, ac working very well that kept us comfortable at all times with the best looking bathroom I have ever been in, we were planning to stay one night but the room was so great we stayed for the entire trip there! Definitely no regrets and the food was delectable :) We tried nearly every hotel and this one was the best by miles however we did not visit Hotel Pupin so cannot vouch for that one.

The toilet did have a bit of a weird water smell to it but this was easily amendable and wasnt noticable in the room itself

Great hotel in the very center

New and modern room. Very spacious. Nice building in the very center. Very pleasant atmosphere in the whole hotel. Breakfast is included and you also have 20% discount in the restaurant (tasty food, by the way). And window in the inner hall was not a big deal at all.

Cozy and convenient stay in the centre of Novi Sad

Very cozy room in the very centre of Novi Sad. The breakfast is a la carte but very abundant and delicious. The TV with netflix works very well and the staff is kind and helpful. Bed was very comfortable.

You can hear noise from the street, particularly in the weekend, so might be uncomfortable if you are light sleep. Also the room does not have a proper desk to work.

Home away from home in Novi Sad

We felt like home, everything is at the highest level. The staf is amazing, every detail is perfect, the breakfast is the best. The bed and pillows are a dream. Will be returning many times

positive surprise

surprisingly very cosy hotel. the staff is excellent, beds are very confortable the nearby restaurant and bar are great. very nice location. safe parking, but needs to be reserved and it is 300 m away from the hotel. if you arrive by car, don't forget to reserve, because parking on public places in this area is a great challenge. access to the hotel by car is not possible, as it is located in the pedestrian zone.

be prepared for the old days, in pubs and restaurants smoking is allowed generally in Serbia.

The staff at Corso Rooms made our visit truly enjoyable.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Corso Rooms. The location was very good with lovely outside area to have breakfast and all meals. The room was superbly decorated, well lit and lots of space. The bed was very comfortable. The overall feeling was comfort. The staff were excellent and in particular reception staff went out of their way to ensure our visit was memorable. Reception arranged for a private driver to collect us from airport and to take us to various locations over the weekend for a family wedding. The breakfast here are not to be missed! I would definitely return to stay at Corso Rooms again.

Best rooms in Novi Sad

Hotel location was amazing, very close to city center and most beautiful cafes. Dinner and breakfast was very delicious. I would stay again if I come Novi Sad again. I would strongly recommend.

Car parking should be free instead of 10 euros. And room windows were looking inside of the hotel corridor.

great location but wouldn’t come back.

excellent location

not accessible by car. no parking. the barman of the local bar was uncomfortably almost hostile. didn’t step in again. the room had two levels with steps inside that i almost fell over them at least twice. the room was very near a noisy elevator. the breakfast of very limited and doesn’t include fruits or deserts.

Good place if you have business or want to explore the center of the city. It’s a short walk to everywhere.

Great modern hotel, location and polite reception stuf

The hotel is with excellent furniture, very comfortable, clean and beautiful. The lady on the reception was exceptionally kind, smiley and helpful. We were very warm welcome, she showed us everything and explained us for all the important things. Thank you very much for your great hospitality!

Two if the waiters (males), one in the pub was totally not polite, he came two times and the second he told me you still didn't decide what to order and was a but angry! One in the restaurant, worked in the evening on 30.04. was the same, he even was joking with us, my husband order a pizza and said a big one(without to see that the big one is 50 cm big), it was clear that he couldn't eat the whole pizza as it was too big, I also ordered another dish, but....the waiter didn't say anything and didn't explain or to confirm with us, are we sure that we want the big one and at the end he brought the pizza with big smile even he was joking!!!!? This is for me totally not acceptable!!!! He couldn't explain or just ask and give us sigh that maybe we didn't see tha size of the pizza!

Great Stay at Corso Rooms

Great location in the old pedestrianised part of Novi Sad. Easy to find and check in straightforward by very pleasant and friendly staff. Lovely, clean room, light and airy and comfortable bed. Rooms are new. Nice toiletries, air con and fridge in room. We had a great stay. We ate our evening meal in the restaurant, good food and reasonable prices with a 20% discount as staying in the rooms. Great choice breakfast. Would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate on staying again in the future.

Disappointing stay – the location was great, but serious issues with the room and service ruined the experience.

Located in the city center on the main street. All major attractions are within walking distance.

There is no hotel parking (well, it’s the city center after all). However, we were met and guided to a parking lot about 300 meters away – it cost €10 per day. We booked the most expensive room with a jacuzzi, but there was very little hot water – not even enough to fill the jacuzzi. At check-in, they even warned us that there might be no water at all. Definitely not worth paying extra for the jacuzzi. The management didn’t even apologize for the lack of hot water, and there were no warnings about this before our arrival. The room layout was terrible. It was very dark, with no windows facing the street. The only window was opposite the bed and looked directly into the hallway, right next to the elevator. So anyone coming out of the elevator could see straight into the room.

Perfect stay.

Everything about this property is just perfect. Room was very modern with more than enough space for 3 people, everything was clean and the jacuzzi was a cherry on the cake. The staff was very helpful and polite, everything we wanted we got without any complications. I will deffinetly come back in summer because for the price and not to mention location which is located directly in the heart of Novi Sad. Breakfast was 10/10. We were very well taken care of and we really enjoyed that trip. I forgot an item there and the property owner was very kind and helpfull, so i managed to get that item back thru delivery which she sent me. Loved this place and i really recomend it for everyone.

Impolite staff

The staff from the Corso Cafe was really really very rude. It was an experience I would like never love again. The receptionist was always not in place . We were looking for her every time we needed something.

The room is very clean & tidy. Also, the receptionist was professional & friendly.

Nothing to mention except 2 things: 1- No kettle in the room but it’s mentioned in the room equipments. 2- It was kinda creepy when I wanted to smoke outside the building in the night after 11PM. Despite the message on the main entrance doors “use the restaurant door to enter after 11PM”. I couldn't get out. I found both doors were locked. (Main entrance & the restaurant entrance). Luckily the key was in the door of the main entrance.

Lack of light in the room. The window is towards an inner staircase. We knew about it, but still, not very confortable to have 0 daylight (we had 3 cloudy days).

Overall a great place to stay at.

The hotel is located in the city center with walking distance to almost everything. The rooms are clean, modern and pleasant to stay at. As a hotel guest you get 10% discount at the restaurant that belongs to the hotel which serves good food. The breakfast menu is great, too. Some rooms do not have windows but for shorter stays this is not something to be considered as a problem.

Everything was great except for the waiter who yelled to his colleague that ”I should sit on my ass”, literally, when asking if we could order breakfast and load the car with our bags during the wait. Probably he did not expect me to speak Serbian - but anyway this is not the way to treat the customers and nontheless fellow colleagues who need to be shamed in their favor. Everyone else was really nice and and friendly.

Ideal location! Amazing hospitality! Andriana the hostess - manager of Corso Rooms City Center was very polite and eager to help us in whatever we needed. Bonus: they even provided anatomic pillows as a choice in the room!! Slept better than at home! Will definately choose Corso Rooms again when visiting Novi Sad.
