It was comfortable to sleep for one night.

I like the location.

The windows are old and bad. I got 2 small beds, the request was for overnight stay for one person. It is a very small apartment. The window blind is missing.

A very good place to stay by the old city

The owner was very nice and efficient with every request or problem I had, very kind and fast with answers. The place was nice and close to the old town, furniture relatively new, the view from the window and balcony very was very good too.

The lady at reception was really nice. The owner answered quickly. The apartment is super close to the city centre, places to eat and go out. Its relatively clean.

The walls are a bit thin so I could hear my neighbours making noise and playing loud music which isn't the owners problem but it woke me up a couple of times.

The fotos dont show the truth - and no balcony

- Nice staff/owner - Super central location

- Check in (got in to another guy who either has the check informations when he checked in) - The low score is especially that the pictures you see are either false og strongly manipulated . The apartment room is very little and Very basic, there is not a lot space as shown in fotos, there is no comfy bed (bed was bad), there is no balcony as shown in the pics etc etc. That is not okay to do false advertising You will see what i mean in case you book.

Pleasant stay

The location is exactly at center and staff were good and helpful.

To be honest its not apartment. Its a tinny room, with 02 tinny bed, very uncomfortable washroom. There was no space for 02 people to stay comfortably. We had issue with AC as it was not working and to open the window. Due to that reason we had mosquitos in our room. There was no quilt, we just had quilt cover. The washroom commode was not clean. FYI There is no elevator, had to carry baggage through stairs.

very decend apartment for the money

The location is great, just in the citycenter, with many restaurants around. The room has a balcony and is very quiet.

Water pressure was extremely bad. Probably because of the storm which happened that night. The lady who did the check in didn't speak English at all, the communication was somewhat problematic.

The apartment was warm and comfortable, in a great location. Good wifi. Decor was stylish, and it was great to have a fridge.

Reasonable. but a few small things could make a big difference.

Great location. I would suggest better lighting..... lamps were too weak and could not read with comfort. Location brilliant and overall good value for money. Staff were very pleasant. Lady on site did not speak English but did get a person to help.

Bathroom door handle needs fixing. Cleaning materials could be stored elsewhere. Just a thought. Pillows could be better.

It could be good place but because of strange story with check-in, I couldn't recommend it.

Excellent location - near the city center and there is caffe Kombinat with very good breakfasts in the next door. Big room.

1. The procedure of check-in. At the beginning we couldn't enter in the building. It was near 12am, but our room wasn't ready, and we are said that it will be ready to 5pm. It seemed late but we were going to walk and we have agreed. But when we returned, the room wasn't ready. We insisted that we put our lagguge in the room and returned later. When we go to the room we met a couple. It seemed that they just check out of the room. 2. Cleanliness. As we understand the cleaning of room was started only after our insisting requests to put our luggage in the room. The room was clean, but later we found another person's accesorize for hair on the table and plastic bag in the table cell. 3. Lack of blankets. It was in September but there were just bedsheets without blankets. One of the nights was cold. Of course we could ask blankets on the reception, but to tell the truth, after story with check-in we don't want do it

Apartman je jako lepo sredjen i luksuzno, veoma je komotan i udoban krevet. Besprekorno je sve cisto, novo i nudi sve sto je potrebno. Lokacija odlična,sve sto je važno za videti u gradu je tu,.osoblje je maksimalno korektno i dostupno za sve sto vam je potrebno.Svaka preporuka za boravak u Sova Dream.

La ubicación. Estaba bien ubicado.

La señora que nos atendió fue rancia a más no poder. Nos trató mal y olvida que su negocio funciona gracias al turismo. No olvidar tampoco que me robó 100 dinares porque según ella "no tenía cambio". Las instalaciones están sucias y el apartamento es bastante básico. No corresponde demasiado con las fotos.

La ubicación. No vimos al personal del Hostel en ningún momento..

Номер с балконом без кондиционера, только вентилятор. Нам повезло с погодой, было не очень жарко. Нужно это учитывать при бронировании. Из моющих средств только жидкое мыло. Это неудобно для остановки на одну ночь. Чая и кофе в пакетиках не предоставили, был только чайник.

Ocena 10 je mala za ovakav smeštaj!

Lokacija je savršena, u samom centru Novog Sada. Dunavski park je prelep, a na par minuta hoda od smeštaja. Vlasnik je bio veoma ljubazan i predusretljiv, pustio nas je da uđemo u apartman 2 sata ranije. Takođe mu nije smetalo što dovodimo našeg malog psa :) Fotografije na bukingu su verodostojne, sve je lepo skockano, a ušuškana terasa mnogo znači. Mir , tišina, sa pogledom na unutrašnje dvorište. Žao mi je što moram kući. Sve mi se mnogo sviđa. Od sada kada dolazim u Novi Sad uvek ću prvo proveriti da li je ovaj apartman slobodan.
