Scandinavian design and setup. The spa spreads over more than one floor, a “menu” of diverse saunas upstairs. The staff is super friendly, polite and professional. Breakfast is impressive with lactose free choices. All in all, fabulous spot for weekend escapade. A special thank you to the restaurant staff!

Locals with kids can lack consideration, so access to the spa pool can be a challenge on the weekend - but that is not the property’s fault.

The indoor pool didn't smell of chlorine, they make sure the spa is not crowded (reservations required), the massage was good, the staff was helpful and friendly, it was spotlessly clean, the family room was comfortable, and the beds and pillows were excellent. The TV was good for watching movies.

There's a lack of a gym, especially considering the hotel is surrounded by roads, making it difficult to get out for a walk. The hotel grounds lack natural surroundings, with lots of asphalt. Both minced meat dishes had bones. There was no shoehorn in the room, and a kettle is sorely missed—you have to ask the hotel for boiling water. The bathroom lacks hooks for towels and robes. The salad was strange, with caramelized nuts as hard as glass, which could break a tooth, and dressed with sweet nut paste. The salad would have been very tasty without it. These are all minor inconveniences, but without them it would have been a 10/10.

No kettle or tea and coffee in the room, states mini bar in the description; this was an empty fridge with 2 glasses. Shower head holder at waist height, and shower cubicle very open so difficult to enjoy your shower. Nowhere to put your own toiletries. In the shower cubicle there was hair conditioner and body lotion (!!!!), the hair and body wash was on the sink !!!! Towels very small and thin. Air conditioner unit not working and the room was incredibly hot. The room was very bare with no character. Very strange smell In the corridor.
