Scandinavian design and setup. The spa spreads over more than one floor, a “menu” of diverse saunas upstairs. The staff is super friendly, polite and professional. Breakfast is impressive with lactose free choices. All in all, fabulous spot for weekend escapade. A special thank you to the restaurant staff!
Locals with kids can lack consideration, so access to the spa pool can be a challenge on the weekend - but that is not the property’s fault.

The indoor pool didn't smell of chlorine, they make sure the spa is not crowded (reservations required), the massage was good, the staff was helpful and friendly, it was spotlessly clean, the family room was comfortable, and the beds and pillows were excellent. The TV was good for watching movies.
There's a lack of a gym, especially considering the hotel is surrounded by roads, making it difficult to get out for a walk. The hotel grounds lack natural surroundings, with lots of asphalt. Both minced meat dishes had bones. There was no shoehorn in the room, and a kettle is sorely missed—you have to ask the hotel for boiling water. The bathroom lacks hooks for towels and robes. The salad was strange, with caramelized nuts as hard as glass, which could break a tooth, and dressed with sweet nut paste. The salad would have been very tasty without it. These are all minor inconveniences, but without them it would have been a 10/10.

Everything was new and very well taken care of.
Separate buildings,wellness and hotel, it was a bit cold. And there was nothing special at the bathroom in a room. No conditioner for hair, no toothbrushes and other things.just shower gel.

Good room, clean and comfortable. Delicious food in restaurant.
No free water bottles in the room. Spa in a separated building. Guests go from the street in their dirty shoes in the same zone where the clients go after the spa. Toilets cannot be closed inside. Not enough relax beds near the pool. Very slippery, need to clean the wet floor much more often.
