Okay, but could be better.

Good room, clean and comfortable. Delicious food in restaurant.

No free water bottles in the room. Spa in a separated building. Guests go from the street in their dirty shoes in the same zone where the clients go after the spa. Toilets cannot be closed inside. Not enough relax beds near the pool. Very slippery, need to clean the wet floor much more often.

Perfect weekend!

Amazing staff, great rooms, clean and spacious. We had the option tu use the spa for both days we were there even if it was just one night, which was a delightful surprise. Already planning another trip in March. Great value for money.

Relaxing atmosphere and great value for money

The staff is amazing, the spa is not too crowded and it is very peaceful and the breakfast is very nice, with a lot of choices. The hotel is nicely decorated and comfortable.

Some details, like a small renovation needed in the spa, the room was a bit too hot to sleep and the quality of the toilet paper could be better but all in all it was great value for money!

Great getaway, quiet and nice option near Novi Sad

Property is nice, room and view is amazing! Breakfast is top! Staff is very friendly, pleasant and helpful! All starts to them! From management, reception to restaurant and wellness reception! Professionalism, friendliness, kindness and smile - thank you all!

just some suggestions. First, a little bit uncomfortable configuration of buildings - wellness is separate from hotel which makes it uncomfortable, but cannot change this. Small maintenance in wellness would be needed. Please add handrails to the indoor swimming pool entrance plus entrance to jacuzzi. A little bit strange with changing rooms decision. Would be nice to separate that whole area. Steam room that day didn’t seem to be working good, no steam, feeling cold. (and it was after 15h) Plus tiles are getting off, need some glue. Thank you!

Temperature should be resolved...

New hotel, clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast is good value for money...

1) Room temperature was around 21 when I entered the room... radiator were cold... airconditioner - set in a way that you cannot heat to proper level. Later resolved but still with some heating limitations... 2) SPA and the hotel are two separate buildings - you have to walk 70m outside... 3) Jacuzzi temperature is for sure not properly set... it should be warm there...

Fully recommended for a good rest, away from the hustle and bustle!

Great buffet breakfast, from 7 to 10 am, so plenty of time to get it! The room was pristine, and the bed was the most comfortable I've had yet! Good sound isolation so it was mostly completely quiet, save for some noisy tenants that came on Friday. Rest assured, the spa is fully included free of charge - booking massages is also possible at an acceptable price. Loved the spa, was not crowded during my stay so it was a true rest for the mind and the soul, super clean too, the staff is so lovely and kind - especially the spa staff! The location of the hotel is a bit iffy if you don't have a car, but it's still possible to navigate the public buses with some near-ish bus stations (keep in mind, this area is very sparse in sidewalks!)

This is going to be the biggest nitpick of all time, but I was so surprised to see 1-ply toilet paper provided in the room! Enough rolls, so no issues there, it just came off as a very odd choice to pinch some pennies in an otherwise luxurious place! Still, this is most likely a managerial decision - the staff is very helpful, and they cleaned my room after 2 days even without me asking for it - also changed all the towels!

The slippers! It's very slippery, and the slippers they provide are making it worse, so just bring your own!

It’s not the best hotel we’ve stayed at, but it has potential. We’ll see.

It’s a new hotel, water in swimming pool outside is really nice :) Staff is great as well

It’s common to have bottles of water in the room, isn’t it? We only had one small bottle of Aqua Viva in the minibar — could you please provide two? Also, the air conditioning is not working properly. It’s set to 22 degrees by default, but it takes a long time to cool the room. At dinner in the restaurant, we ordered pasta, but I didn’t get a spoon. To eat spaghetti you need a spoon and a fork, not a knife. They should also make it more stroller-friendly. Finally, the spa and saunas are quite small, so they can get crowded.

Great staff and spa, minor downsides. The staff were exceptionally professional and kind, and the spa area is impressive

The staff — especially Ivana at the reception and Milan, the physiotherapist (who, by the way, gave me a wonderful relaxing massage) — were outstanding. The spa facilities were excellent: an indoor pool, jacuzzi, two saunas, a steam room, a salt room, and a tepidarium, along with two outdoor pools. Breakfast included freshly squeezed orange juice and offered a good variety. Once again, shoutout to the high level of professionalism clearly maintained by all the staff.

My room was facing the street, so it got a bit noisy at times, and I could also hear sounds coming from the corridor. Part of the hotel is undergoing renovations — although there were no construction noises, some areas were closed off to guests, with construction workers frequently moving around. The hotel has two accessible rooftops that offer a nice view of Novi Sad and beautiful sunsets, but unfortunately, they seemed neglected, with empty beer cans and water bottles left lying around.

Wifi that doesn’t work, salt room was terrible (no salt, no feeling of relaxation), one power outlet in the whole room, novody stated that we would have a maximum of 3 hours per day (once) for the wellness and you have to make a reservation for the wellness centre every day, wellness centre is in a separate building to the hotel. No hair dryer in the rooms, phone for reception DID NOT work.

Exceptional

Everything was perfect! Highest rate go to staff that was very kind and professional. Everybody was just amazing. People at the front desk, housekeeping ladies, restaurant staff, everybody was very nice. Hotel is very clean and spaceous. Our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. We will stay here for sure next time we visit Novi Sad.

What is uncompromisingly best about this hotel is the outdoor pool, the phenomenal staff of the spa center, ready to deal, patient, Vasilije the masseur whom I would recommend to everyone. My child enjoyed the swimming, the massage and the overall comfort of the spa (except for the tiny pool which could be bigger)

We continued our holiday in another room as a family member joined us. The situation is the same, with the fact that we are now disappointed with the breakfast, which is scarce and not replenished. You have to ask the waiters to refill your juice or coffee at 9am, and breakfast ends at 10am. The pictures I posted were taken at 9am. During breakfast, 3 waiters are standing, talking, laughing, while the breakfast table is empty. You wait 15 minutes to order food in an a la carte restaurant, and 30 minutes to prepare it. Hotel staff who do not have good information, management which is not as it should be, regular guests are not met at all, although we like it very much and want to keep coming.

Very large and clean rooms. Parking at the hotel. Pool was okay.

The staff at the restaurant was extremely slow and not serviceminded at all!! Both in the restaurant at dinner and at breakfast. It really affected our stay in a negative way. The breakfast was not good. The food was not placed in a cool place, but in the warm restaurant with no A/C on. And they didn’t fill up the buffet eventhough there were a lot of personel. There were some uncomfortable persons at the pool, they behaved threateningly.

Amazing, the place was 6,6 km away from NS dt, taxi ride is 6 euros. They have nice pools and rooms are very clean.

Overall great stay for weekend gataway for wellnes center

All clean and new, stuff is friendly. pools are great jqkuzzi and inner pool of termal watter was exelent, massage one of best ever.. Food in restoran is great also and work until 21h. Breakfast was everithing on table and don`t need lunch at all, just brekfast and dinner.

Bads are made of rock and pillow of wood, most of days not problem for that i was tired but some days i could not go to sleep. Also not so good if you go by bus there is nothing 2km around hotel. Also there is noting to do if its raining, no TV comute or fun during weekdays. On weekend there is some party at tarace.So go with car and not more then 5 days :)
