Vasaras laikā notiek renovācija. Ārpus numura viss ir strādnieku piepīpēts, aizkrauts, putekļains. Darbus uzsāk astoņos. Brokastīs jāiet uz citu vietu otrpus parkam.

Great location, convenient option for parking in the backyard, nice staff. Very good breakfast.
The first floor of the building (the restaurant) is being renovated at this moment, so there is some noise and dust from the construction, however this soon will be settled. There's no elevator, so the upper floor might be a bit challenging with luggage and kids.

Why 4 stars and why it is in the hotels category, it is a rooms in common house, no elevator, no water in the room during the night, no reception,
