Great value and genuine charm.

This is a clean, spacious and modern hotel, very handy to the railway station. The staff were friendly and obliging. Lovely breakfast, too.

Nothing - couldn’t fault it. This isn’t the most charming part of Parma, but the location can’t be beaten if you’re coming and going by train. The hotel has excellent sound proofing, so the trains passing nearby aren’t a problem.

Perfect location if you are arriving by train or by car because of the parking underground.

The room was very comfortable, perfect bed, perfect temperature, perfect internet. The breakfast was excellent and the staff very professional and pleasant. The location next to the train station is very convenient. The walk in the city center is only about 12 min.

Very expensive for nothing

Good.... but have a lot of bad moments. Let's say.. I am not happy that I choose this hotel.

Not a serious staff. I paid 400 euro for 2 nights without breakfast. And I got I bad attitude. If I am not Italian it doesn't means I should be not respected. Thanks for your cooperation.

The NH Parma is a clean and modern hotel with an outstanding location.

The NH Parma is right across from the train station and an easy ten minute walk to the historical center of lovely Parma. Kudos are in order to the bar/restaurant staff, who took special initiative to let me in the hotel at an employees entrance when entry via the main entrance was unexpectedly and temporarily blocked off.

It’s a nice hotel location across the street from Bus and Train station very clean and great staff…breakfast was great and the bar restaurant has an awesome server! Food was fast and yummy steak was perfectly cooked pizza was great with a great crust and pasta dishes were delicious!

A fabulous hotel next to Palma Station

We were surprised at check-in to be told we were the “lucky guest for the day”which meant a room upgrade and free breakfast! The premium room was spacious and the much needed air conditioning was fantastic. There was also a sizeable balcony too. The bed was comfortable and we had a good night’s sleep. All the staff were warm and welcoming and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much NH for making it super special!

The room and bathroom were clean and spacious.

The room was too hot as the air con couldn’t be adjusted below 23 degrees, the pillows were not that comfortable and it was a fair wait at reception as only one person was on duty .

Lovely hotel, but turn down the airco!

The hotel and facilities were excellent (friendly staff, especially GianLuca; clean room; great breakfast choices - including a few choices for vegans, which is not always easy to find!).

The air-conditioning, despite being on max temperature, made our room way too cold to sleep comfortably with just a sheet - I woke up shivering but there were no blankets in the room, so I had to put my clothes on in order to get back to sleep. Ironic in a heatwave. Another detail : the light in the corridor turns on automatically with movement - this can be useful for the person using the bathroom in the night but is bright enough to wake up the other sleeping person! Otherwise no negative comments, lovely hotel if a little pricey.

Loved being so close to the train station. Also loved the balcony on the Junior suite. Definitely worth the upgrade. Nice modern hotel we'd highly recommend.

A little further from downtown and the attractions than we would have preferred. No restaurant onsite and few good restaurants close for dinner. No electricity for hair appliances in the bathroom was a major inconvenience.

It as friendly, comfortable, and well located, I would stay here again.

The hotel is modern, attractive and extremely convenient for arrival by train. I also liked the oversized portrait of Verdi in my room!

The food was very good, especially the breakfast buffet, but I was disappointed with the limited offerings of the dinner menu.

Nice stay in Parma with our dog

We had a great surprise as when we entered the room, we had been upgraded (we got a bigger and more spacious room that what we booked). The hotel is well located - aprox. 6 min walking to the city center and it accepts dogs. The staff was very nice and attentive.

It is right next to the bus/train station so the streets to walk to the city center are not the most beautiful ones but overall the hotel is good enough to recommend it :)

Superior Double

Comfy beds, good breakfast, hotel's location is perfect at daytime and uncozy after sunset: that's a classical issue for any train-station area, did not feel 100% safe during evenings.

On our superior double room wall there was a big photo/painting of Giuseppe Verdi with his eyes looking directly on the bed: never thought it might introduce such a weird feeling of having 1 additional guest in the room. Also, the temperature in the bathroom was below average or normal.

Functional , good sleep and breakfast. recommended for a short stay and to visit the city center

Functional, good location, close to centre , railway station and easy to reach by car. Quiet and in good condition, recently renovated. Underground parking on site.

Réception staff was welcoming and effective. However, to reach the parking, we could not enter as the person in charge was not responding to the bell and had to return to reception to get the gate open. The bar: we waited 20 min with other clients and tried to find the barman, finally we asked the receptionist who called him, after 10 more minutes we left still not having seen the barman.
