We arrived at 4:30 pm on a Sunday after numerous emails, text and phone calls to find the place locked up. We waited an hour calling/texting the owner as listed, but nobody came so we had to book into a hotel!

was really amazing! amazing service, amazing stuff. The location is perfect with access by foot to everywhere..The place is literally brand new very clean. Very neat. Well designed, good air condition. Good water pressure, nice and clean linen and towels 10 out of 10.

The place was very clean and modern. Centrally located, close to restaurants. We stayed here on two separate occasions, and will not hesitate to recommend this place to others.

beautiful building, apartment well appointed and beautifully decorated. Great location. Ernesto the owner met us to check us in and was very helpful/responsive/pleasant.

Soggiorno piacevolissimo in struttura nuova molto ben gestita

Pulizia assoluta, camere nuovissime, supporto della gestione eccezionale (avevamo prenotato per tre ma uno di noi non è potuto venire… la gestione ci ha voluto rimborsare la quota della terza persona). Posizione comodissima: in pieno centro e anche vicino alla stazione (15 min a piedi) per cui è possibilissimo usare il treno e girare a piedi per la città. Prodotti per il bagno di alta qualità e bagno con doccia grande.

Tutto perfetto, complimenti ai proprietari per aver realizzato degli appartamenti bellissimi nel pieno centro di Parma.apprezzato tutti i dettagli e tutte le finiture, gli arredi il bagno nuovo tutto in domotica e super funzionale.

Unica nota, il Wi-Fi non funzionava benissimo.

Emplacement bien central(parking sous terrain tout proche 15€/24h), le propriétaire Ernesto est très accueillant et très disponible, appartement neuf, très propre avec tout le confort et très bien rénové. Café ,thé, eau à disposition. Je recommande vraiment.

Am Wochenende bekommt man mit, was in den Straßen los ist. War uns aber bewusst, da die zentrale Lage des Apartments für uns wichtiger war.
