Great location but rather outdated interiors.

Great location.

A support in the bed frame was broken, thus the mattress sagged. The difficulty with this hotel is that there is no reception on location. Via phone, the staff offered to change rooms but it would have meant packing everything up in the middle of the night, walking 15min each way to the Novotel to get a new room key. So we suffered through with a sagging mattress. The next day on checkout we were met with suspicion that we had damaged the bed. The only compensation offered was a drink at the bar at 10am. Otherwise staff were generally helpful and courteous.

I didn't meet anybody because i came very late at night but it what's the money in fact the money is too small for that kind of accommodation. Thank you very much booking.

Big room, good location

Spatious room and bathroom. Air conditioning working well. Nice playground in front of the room. Rather close to the main square.

Old furniture, bed not very comfortable. It was rather clean, but not super clean. The procedure of check in/out (i.e. picking up and returning the keys in another hotel not directly near the room) is somewhat confusing and unpractical.

A little bit disapponting.

It's a quite good position for entering the town Center.

You not have only to check in at onther place, you also have to bring the key back there. By car, you have to stop 50m before the entrance and to bring in the baggage by hand because its a "ZTL" (restricted area). The interieur is already a little bit older. It smells a little bit strange in the rooms. WiFi doesn't work.

Location, bed and room were fine.

We arrived at approx. 10.30 AM and the hotel was closed. Nobody answered our telephonecall. We had to wait until 2 pm before we could enter the hotel !!! The lady who was there at 2 pm was very friendly but stated nobody was at this address before 2 pm... We lost the best hours of the day to visit the town because of it. A keybox with code ould be great !!!!

Nice place, near the city center.

I liked the position, really close to the city center and the personnel's availability. They really provided a great service during our check in. Really well done! Also, the room was clean and tidy.

I slept on the sofa bed. Unfortunately it was not so comfy; the mattress was really thin and I could feel the sofa mechanism underneath. The other two beds were much more comfortable.

appalling and dirty

location is good and the room is quite big

At the reception we were told to leave €300 deposit that the hotel will return after check out. A month later we still haven’t received it. It is appalling to demand money for a pre-payed room and then making it extremely complicated to retrive that deposit. The room was not cleaned properly, I stepped on a piece of shattered glass. The blankets were extremely dirty, the mattresses are covered in plastic mattress covers and extremely uncomfortable. Our room was not set up properly we had to wait for staff to come and redo the beds.

Accommodation was ideally located to explore Parma. The facilities in the room were great, though we didn't end up making much use of the kitchen. The air conditioning unit was essential given the weather during the time we were there.

I think the air conditioning unit struggled at times to cool the room as much as we desired.

Easy to check in, then a short walk to accommodation. The apartment has mostly everything you could need. All in all very good value for money.

A couple little things were missing, like dishwashing detergent and a kitchen cloth. I personally found the aircon to be too weak and struggled to sleep- for reference it was 37 degrees during day when I went.

Room was pretty large and cleanness was good. Location is pretty good for any activity to perform in the city center.

Air condition was functioning but a bit noisy. The residence does not offer breakfast but nearby you can have good breakfast starting from 7 am. WiFi was cumbersome to use and I did not use it.

Location

It takes some time to get the key at the Novotel. From there it is a 10 min walk to the residence. Parking the car is impossible near the residence. So we parked at P Toschi

Very kind stuff at Novatel Parma where you have to get keys. Great location.

Loud ventilation or heater that you cannot control. Very annoying. Hard to sleep. Additional blankets costs 50 Eur? Seriously?!

Unfortunately, the reception was on a different hotel 10 minutes away and for that reason we had to do the check there. However, the room was very big and comfortable and the location was great.

The location was great. It was just a small walk to the city center. The neighborhood is very calm and quiet. The room had a whole kitchen unit, including fridge and stovetop.

Check in was at a different location in the city than the residence itself. This was stated on the email confirmation, but I read over it. The room felt a bit dated and in need of maintenance/renovation, particularly in the bathroom. There was a faint smell of smoke in the room/building.

c’è stato un problema con la reception. Al momento del check in, arrivo alla stanza e non era quella della prenotazione poiché c’erano 3 letti singoli, riprendo i bagagli, prendo l’auto e torno in hotel per cercare di risolvere il problema. Mi mandano di nuovo con un signore che lavora lì per aggiungere un matrimoniale solo che non era possibile. Allora torniamo in hotel e mi dicevano che o dormivo nei letti singoli con la mia ragazza o non sapevano cosa fare poiché sold out. Dopo varie discussioni mi volevano fare dormire in hotel pagando la differenza di 100€ che io non volevo pagare per il loro disservizio. Poi mi hanno detto che potevano fare 40€, io insistendo che non avrei pagato la differenza arriviamo alla conclusione che mi danno la stanza al nova hotel in via Trento e il giorno dopo avrei dovuto fare il cambio stanza alle 12. La mia ragazza finisce di lavorare alle 4 di notte però visto che era l’unica soluzione abbiamo accettato dopo che ho atteso dalle 18 fino alle 20:30. Mi chiedono la cauzione di 100€ per danni o fumo e fino a qui tutto bene. Lasciamo l’auto nel parcheggio al nova pagando 18€ e la mattina scopriamo che La navetta c’è solo per l’andata al liberty e il giorno dopo al ritorno dovevamo andare a piedi…oggi al momento del check out con la scusa che c’era un pacchetto vuoto di sigarette hanno trattenuto la cauzione di 100€. Io ho insistito per vedere la notifica del segnalatore di fumo che non è mai arrivata

Solo la posizione centrale

Materasso sfondato, bagno con la muffa, riscaldamento non regolabile e tenuto decisamente troppo alto. Cucina disorganizzata e mancante delle cose basilari come presine, sapone e spugna. Check- in da fare in altra struttura a 10 minuti a piedi, dove poi bisogna anche riportare le chiavi al momento del check-out. Essendoci la cucina direttamente in camera, l'odore di cipolla e del cucinato dei precedenti inquilini è stato un elemento molto fastidioso.

A livello organizzativo diciamo che non sono stati chiarissimi, c’è scritto che il parcheggio privato ma non è così abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare in un parcheggio a pagamento. Le camere sono molto piccole e vecchiotte

Appartamento comodissimo e pulito, ottimo per soggiornare anche con bambini molto piccoli, posizione perfetta per muoversi liberamente a piedi. Personale gentilissimo e professionale.
