A real gem

Absolutely stunning apartment equipped with everything you need. Great location. Instructions to get in and for parking were extremely clear and helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Besides the initial mishap with the first ‘room’, which was swiftly addressed, we were very pleased with the stay/se

The alternative rooms we were given were fantastic. With parking available, ability to refill water bottles with micro-filtered water, an elevator if needed, well working air con, flexible/understanding managers & fantastic location, all made this a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

No complaints/dislikes regarding the property at Borgo Colonna. However, the first appartment we were given had a foul odor coming from the sewage system, a non-working air con, an un-made sofa bed which one of us would have needed to sleep for our stay, and was full of mosquitoes. In addition, the ad did not clearly indicate that the properties were separate; would suggest more clearly describing the facilities and rooms, plus where they are located, in future ads. Fortunately, given that the air con was not working, the managers offered us rooms at Borgo Colonna, which was much appreciated. Had this initial mishap not happened, we would have likely rated the stay a 9 instead of the 7 we gave.

Perfect stay in Parma !

Wonderful stay at Palazzo Bianchi. Adorable guest. Accommodation exactly as described. Big plus is a private parking at a reasonnable walking distance. Appartement is just 1 mn walk from cathedral. Ideally located. Very quiet street at night. Very good information on sight seeing and shopping.

Central location

Very clean apartment in a quiet central location. We only stayed one night as it was a quick trip in Parma.

The instructions for self check in is very long and a bit confusing at first due to important information missing- however a very kind neighbor was helpful in getting us situated.

Fab apartment in great location in Parma - highly recommend

Great location in Parma - close to the main attractions. Apartment was clean and comfy. Great shower. All in all would stay again. Tiziana was a fab host.

Only issue way the parking which is approx 7-9 min walk from the apartment. Also instructions to gain access were a little complicated. Maybe better to have all English instructions on one sheet and all Italian instructions on a seperate sheet.

Cute and cozy apartment in a central location for easy access from the train and to the university.

This cute and cozy apartment had everything we needed for our two night stay in Parma. If we had known how amazing Parma was we would have stayed longer. The bed was comfy and the pillows were okay. The owner's son met us to give us the keys and they were kind enough to let us check in a bit early. It is a very lovely part of the centro storico and we were able to walk to everything in only 15 minutes or less. The apartment is in a quite area and feels very safe and clean. The shower was good and there is a washer but we did not use it. There is a sofa in the LR that can be used as a bed, but it would be a bit of a tight space for more than two adults.

amazing place! you see the baptistery from the window! splendid accommodation - you can imagine to be a host in a palace (because it is a palace!!!) The place is in the very center but quiet and the Owner is very very helpful!!!! and excellent car driver who can park your car!!! I wish I come back there soon - I miss Parma and the place!

Excelent location. 50m from Cathedral. In hot weather was inside fine. We used AC only 2 hours before sleeping. Very kind staff. Fuly equiped apartment, ideal for 2 people.

The apartment is beautiful, classical and modern at the same time. The owners invested a lot in this place, just to offer the guest an amazing experience. the pictures and the description doesn’t make justice to the place. The apartment is way better.

The optional parking lot is distant from the apartment and the apartment is located at a ZTL (limited traffic zone), so driving a car there from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm can be done only with previous authorization from the owner.

One of the prettiest places I've ever stayed in. Amazing atmosphere, has everything you need for holiday, even a small fridge so you can get cheese and prosciutto. Owner was extremely nice.

Central, quite and perfect

We loved the location, the cleanliness, the accessibility from the train station (by foot 10 to 15 minutes or by bus and on foot 5 minutes), the friendliness and helpfulness of the proprietor.

Can't say we didn't like it, but the pictures of the property was misleading, the room we got had nothing to do with the picture on booking.com, mabe because we required single beds.

Wonderful place to stay in Parma!

Fantastic location direct in the hesrt of Parma. Super friendly host- communication was easy, immediate and pleasant. Room was well-equipped with many extras that rented rooms don‘t usually have. Great place to stay!!

Location literally 1 min walk from the cathedral, 5 or 15 min walk to nearest two supermarkets. Good apartment for short or longer stays, good layout suitable for a family or 2 couples, stylish decor in a lovingly restored palazzo, fully equipped kitchen etc if selfcatering, good beds. Good WiFi, never checked the tv Chanels or dvds. Very friendly hosts, who responded quickly including to minor inquiries like where to find cutting boards.

Immaculate, quite and warm apartment a stone's throw away from the Cathedral of Parma.

The location was ideal, steps away from the Cathedral and right in the historic center of Parma. We received a very warm welcome and the communication via email was really polite and informative. Parking in the courtyard of the building, right outside of the apartment was an invaluable added bonus. Finally the apartment was spotless and full of all necessary amenities.

The location was excellent. The host was very nice.

There is a problem, however, with getting the keys, and also with getting out of the building each day. I had to wait for him to activate the door to get out, as the key did not work, and this was not convenient, especially if you have a connection to make.

The place is amazingly located in a quiet street but still very close to shops, restaurants and bars. It is in a beautiful house with murals. The room is small but very well equipped. And a lot of care is put in its decoration.
