Stylish, comfortable and functional residence in the historic center of Parma

We rented two suites, a large one and a medium one. The large one had a fully stocked kitchen with a small but well-set up eating area where one could eat dinner, a fairly good size fridge (a luxury in Italy) and a full stove and microwave. The small one also had a nice kitchenette with fridge, so the teens could be stocked with drinks and snacks. The place is located next to two well-stocked grocery stores so we cooked dinner several times. The sleep area is large and the bathroom is functional with a large shower - something hard to find in most establishments in Italy. It has a nice common laundry room downstairs with board and iron for use by residents and that is clever because no one wants to sleep with the noise of a washing machine. No dryer, but then there are no dryers in Italy because most old buildings cannot be retrofitted with ducts, but the washer has a drying cycle if you are willing to wait 5 hours. The decor is very tasteful and chic, the kitchen is furnished with vintage cups and plates and everything in the apartment is of the best quality, and I can say that every small detail shows they out a lot of thought in the organization and layout of these suites. taking advantage of the character of the old building but adding many functional features. The area where the residence is located is very lively and it is full of bars and restaurants, and I was worried that it could get noisy, but they installed sound-proof windows and they were very effective in blocking the noise and we slept beautifully. Also, one of the very few old buildings outfitted with an elevator, so you never have to lug luggage or groceries up the stairs. Last but not least, when we could not find a taxi to the train station, the owner very kindly volunteered to give our luggage and two of us a ride (the rest of us did a 15 minute walk to the station, which was pleasant). Wonderful place that we will consider again on our next trip.

Best choice for Parma!

We had two wonderful nights in that very central tastefully apartment! The room was extremely cosy and the large bed really comfy, the kitchen well equipped and nice decorated (good to have a door to close aswell), the windows were well sound proved, but we liked the Italian sound from down the wine bars very much and their decorations, the bathroom was excellent aswell with a great shower and everything you would need! Even, if we would have liked to iron some things, there were some facilities at a place in the house to use! WiFi was also no problem! The garage was just a short walking distance, around the corner away and was safe and huge enough and also a plus for us! Not to forget, that we found the place very easyly - good communication, instruction and googlemaps (even our bad navigation had no problem!)! Altogether: Absolutely nothing to complain about! Tiziana was a great host and is a special and really welcoming person (even when we had a bit of a "lost in translation" moment in the beginning, but we don't use WA, so our fault for sure!)! We got a voucher for the bar across the street, so we had two nice short breakfasts (excellent cappu there!!) and even got a friendly chat and geste aswell! In the near area there is a little store which has great fruits and vegetables (and other stuff), a take away for pizza, a bakery for wedding-cakes and other yummy things (which we sadly missed to get in) and some more bars around, even an automat for a few pharmacy products. It took just a few minutes to walk to get to the Cathedral and the Baptistery and other city attractions: near there is a place to get some very tasty regional pranzo and colazione, a great bookshop plus others, interesting museums and of course the wonderful Teatro Regio is not far - which was all very appreciated after a long day! Sadly we had to leave again, but we would really love to come back and have some more memories to make in that beautiful city and place!

La stanza è molto molto carina, ristrutturata con materiali di alta qualità e arredata con stile, gusto e design. Confortevole e accogliente, il bagno con vasca e doccia è davvero super. Bella la Spa e ottima posizione.

Buona soluzione per il centro di Parma

Posizione strategica per visitare il centro di Parma senza la macchina. Stanza spaziosa e accessoriata con macchinetta del caffe e bollitore, Comoda l'acqua microfiltrata all'ingresso della struttura a disposizione gratuita

Come già menzionato in altri commenti purtroppo la struttura si affaccia su una strada con locali dove schiamazzi e musica alta la fanno da padrona fino a notte tarda. Personalmente mi sono salvato soggiornando nella stanza verde che dà sul cortile interno ed è la stanza più isolata rispetto alle altre (soprattutto la stanza arancio che è all'altezza del pian terreno e adiacente al locale più rumoroso). Infine, ma è soggettivo, cuscini troppo bassi

Confort e accoglienza nel centro di Parma!

Posizione ottima, ambiente confortevole ed accogliente, indicazioni dello staff precise e puntuali. La struttura offre moltissimi servizi di alta qualità (penso ad esempio alla qualità di "piccole cose" come il getto delle docce, la grandezza della doccia, ai dispenser con bagnodocicia e shampoo ecc.) ad un prezzo imbattibile.

Se devo sforzarmi di trovare un difetto allora direi i cuscini del letto, bassi e flosci, a mio avviso da cambiare. Unico piccolo neo, tuttavia ci siamo adattati.

La localisation au centre ville et la tranquillité du quartier. Le design de la chambre, vraiment bien décorée. Le spa mis à disposition gratuitement ( sauna et jacuzzi)

Splendida camera vicino al Duomo

Posizione centrale. Camera e bagno nuovi, curati e funzionali. Proprietaria molto disponibile e informazioni chiare e dettagliate.

Nonostante gli infissi insonorizzanti, i clienti dei bar sotto l’appartamento sono andati avanti fino all’una passata, nel weekend può risultare più difficile addormentarsi. Personalmente abbiamo trovato il materasso troppo rigido, poco “accogliente”.

Struttura accogliente e ben organizzata, in una posizione davvero ideale.

Posizione davvero eccezionale, ideale per muoversi comodamente. La struttura è molto bella e la stanza si è rivelata accogliente e piacevole. Ho particolarmente apprezzato la presenza dell’erogatore d’acqua, della macchina per il caffè e del bollitore per preparare tè e tisane.

Super soggiorno a Parma

Struttura in centro, appartamento spazioso, di gran gusto, dotato di ogni comfort. L’ascensore, per noi che avevamo il passeggino, una vera chicca: poter entrare ed uscire senza dover aprile le porte manualmente é stato comodissimo (lo vorrei anche a casa 😂). Parcheggio privato comodissimo. Assolutamente da ripetere

Ottima base per un soggiorno di relax in centro

Tutto perfetto, come da descrizione. Check-in e check-out facile e in autonomia. La signora Tiziana è molto disponibile e veloce nel rispondere. Inoltre, avendo saputo che era il nostro anniversario di matrimonio, ci ha fatto trovare in fresco un'ottimo prosecco!!! Utile la prenotazione del parcheggio vicino a casa. Cucina confortevole e dotata di tutto!!! Sotto casa ci sono tanti localini dove mangiare o prendere da asporto. C'è rumore ma con le finestre chiuse (e dotate di zanzariere) molto ben sonorizzate non si sente nulla; è molto tranquillo. C'è anche una buona pasticceria con angolo gastronomia. In due passi si arriva in Duomo e in centro. Molto apprezzabile l'acqua filtrata che si può prendere nell'ingresso del palazzo. Non abbiano utilizzato la sauna nè la lavanderia.

Se devo trovare un difetto, la porta di ingresso non è così insonorizzata e si sente parlare sul pianerottolo ma... dipende dai vicini.

weekend a Parma

La soluzione abitativa su due piani è veramente accogliente, colorata e curata nei minimi dettagli. La camera e il bagno sono ampi e dotati di tutte le comodità (scrivania, poltroncina, bollitore, sia vasca che doccia in bagno). Affaccio gradevole su una strada centrale, poco trafficata di auto e a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro. Possibilità di posto auto a pagamento a breve distanza.

Della camera nulla ma purtroppo gli allegri locali nella via di fronte alla stanza, che di giorno appaiono come gradevoli luoghi per l'aperitivo, di sera (almeno di sabato) sono molto animati e rumorosi fino a tarda sera.

Impersonale, non ho visto nessuno al check in, solo numeri per ogni chiave, per ogni accesso, non fa per me. La stanza era senza finestra (c'era ma verso l'androne delle scale). Se mi si guastava o rompeva o scaricava il cellulare ero finito.

Tolle Lage mit besonderer Einrichtung

Top Lage, unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin, überraschende Architektur und Einrichtung (2 Etagen). Geeignet eher für Kurzaufenthalt. Möglichkeit einen Parkplatz in einer Tiefgarage zu mieten (13€/Tag). Empfehlenswert, da sonst kaum Parkplätze vorhanden. Haustiere sind kostenfrei.

Zum Zeitpunkt des Aufenthalts fand ein Straßenfest statt, es war extrem laut dafür kann die Inhaberin nichts. Nicht barrierefrei. Bad und Zimmer auf 2 Etagen mit vielen Stufen (falls für jemanden relevant). Zugang zur Parkmöglichkeit etwas umständlich.

Due giorni a Parma

Posizione comodissima: nei dintorni ci sono moltissimi locali che la sera possono essere rumorosi ma personalmente ampiamente sopportabili. In ogni caso il rumore non continua fino a tarda notte. La zona è residenziale e tranquilla, ci sono più fermate dei mezzi pubblici facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. La stanza è ampia, dotata di ogni comfort (compresi cuscini e coperte aggiuntive), aria condizionata, un frigo ed una macchinetta per il caffè. Anche il bagno spazioso così come la doccia anch'essa dotata di bagnoschiuma e shampoo. All'ingresso è presente un distributore di acqua ed una lavanderia utilizzabile come deposito bagagli. Non ho incontrato personalmente i proprietari ma Tiziana è stata precisissima nelle indicazioni per il check-in e molto gentile nell'averci lasciate usufruire del deposito bagagli anche dopo il check-out. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura

Chambre aveugle, la seule fenêtre donne sur la cage d'ascenseur, toujours allumée ,c'est une boîte sans vue sur l'extérieur.... (et non pas vue sur cour intérieure comme indiqué dans le descriptif de booking). Claustrophobe s'abstenir. Pas d'eau fraîche dans le frigo, machine à café avec 2 tasses mais 1 seule chaise ...Accueil minimum syndical .
