Nice hotel, very clean. Good breakfast. Small room but very comfy and clean. Very close to the highway but not noisy. Great location.

Could have been a lot better

Good location

The room was too warm and it’s impossible to regulate the air conditioning properly. The shower also drained onto the bathroom floor. The breakfast is ok- however the coffee comes from a machine and isn’t what one should expect when in Italy

Very good stopover for travelling onto Ancona for our ferry to Greece.

Excellent location not far from motorway. Room was a junior suite, unfortunately only 1 chair available in sitting area ( so a couple have to take turns) ha ha. Breakfast was very good the waiters made us feel very welcome , both waiters most helpful.

Another chair maybe nice so both of us could of sat together, this is just a small thing to adjust and would make a great difference.

Reasonable hotel on the outskirts of Parma with pleasant staff.

We booked this hotel as a half way point on our travel between locations in Italy. It was easy to find and the staff were very polite, professional and welcoming. The staff on reception booked us a taxi into Parma which was very helpful. The hotel breakfast was outstanding and again the staff couldn't do enough to help us.

The AC in the room wasn't great and judging by some bites we found the following morning there must've been mosquitos in the room.

Big hotel catering for business traveler

Very good breakfast with attentive staff topping up buffet constantly. Good choice of dishes. Nice coffee from machines. Very nice staff, happy and courteous. The staff are 4 star the hotel isn't.

I can live with the small room, but it's old and poorly maintained. IMO not a four-star hotel. Air con struggling to keep this small room cool! I resent paying 3.50 euro city tax for four-star when it clearly isn't. The restaurant was closed for the duration of the holidays!

Cute hotel in quiet area

The hotel is well-kept and surrounded by greenery, and there is a lounge area outside which is pleasant in the evenings. The reception staff were very polite and helpful, and were very kind to help us book a taxi late at night at short notice. Breakfast was good, there was a selection of cold cuts and cheeses as well as yogurts, fruits and cereals. It was plentiful and constantly being restocked, and we enjoyed it very much. The rooms themselves were clean, and the housekeeping staff washed the floor every day which was great.

The area itself is quite cut-off, and if you are travelling by public transport it is not ideal especially in the heat. However, with a rental car it would be great. The AC in the rooms was not great and we were in the middle of a heatwave, so it wasn't the most comfortable.

Bad

Room was comfy but small.

The staff was very impolite. We arrived late in the night, we had a reservation and arranged our check in after 3 am in the morning what was not the problem over the e mail, but when we came to the hotel the guy at the reception said we couldn't check in now before he even checked the situation. We managed to get into the room but in the morning new surprise, they knocked 2 times between 10 and 11 am to pick up laundry and key aldough check out time is at 11 am.

The hotel restaurant was not available for dinner so we had to walk to a nearby restaurant (it was good) after our 26-hour trip from Australia.

Stylish but cold

Beautiful outdoor area, quiet neighbourhood, free parking places.

The rooms were very cold, the heating can’t be turned on from the room. The breakfast was the same every morning without vegetables, withouth fresh bread and withouth warm dishes.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Quiet room. Good breakfast. Location: although 30min walk to the center, we enjoyed the walk.

The room was clean BUT the smell of the detergent used to clean the room was not pleasant- especially for an allergic/ asthmatic person like me.

Convenient for the rugby

There to watch a rugby match in the stadium behind the hotel so great location

Rooms very cold. The mattress was very warn and had huge divots. The bar was shut after the game, would’ve been nice to get a drink.
