Beautiful location in the Parmigian country,lovely atmosphere both for winter and specially in summer. Great support for handicapped people like me (wheelchair support, facilities etc) Great included breakfast

A comfortable hotel spoiled by other guests partying all night

Secure location. Comfortable room with a view of the countryside. Pretty isolated though, need a car to access any restaurants or cafes (or a 30 min walk)

Young adults in the room next door partying at 2am through to 5am.

No longer an hotel just a B & B

So disappointed. The reviews speak of a lovely restaurant but it is a separate business and was closed. There is no bar! The vending machine had only water and carbonated drinks, to even get a coffee or tea was a one off mission involving a mobile phone call and eventually being given a cup of hot water and a tea bag. The 'hotel' is quite remote and having arrived after a 6 hour drive we really didn't want to have to drive into town to eat. On the plus side it is an interesting building but it is NOT an hotel at best it's a bed and breakfast which was also very basic.

Insufficient lighting, only 1 bedside electrical socket, so if you want to charge your phone you have to disconnect the bedside lamp.

Quiet, comfortable and has everything you need!!

Dainty little room for single traveler, breakfast was good and had good variety of cake, cheese, bread and ham. Ofc the coffee machine was convient to use as well!

It's in the middle of the field, really quiet area. It's probably suitable for people who have car or other transportatitons.

Less hustle and bustle with location.

Beauty of country setting and old farmhouse style Good restaurant recommendation in town. Staff ordered a taxi for us.

No shower, bath only.. check in times were not up to date with auto reply from hotel D&D. My message said 2:40 when I booked, but check in did not happen until 4pm, so we sat outside as nobody was there. The restaurant was closed ( on a Tuesday ) but we had no idea that it would not be open until our arrival.

I felt a little cheated . They said they had handicap accessible rooms. I sent an email asking for one or at least on the ground floor that I could reach with my wheelchair. Now I called twice asking about arrival time and nothing was mentioned about a problem. When we arrived they said I only had reservations for one person. Showed my confirmation and they said okay. Then they explained they don't have any rooms on the ground floor. And no lift for upper floor We were very surprised . How do you offer something, take the money and then don't deliver. With no remorse. We ended up having to find another hotel at 10pm. Which ended up costing more. D&D did not offer a refund. The experience was not fun. And left to feel embarrassed

Shower door would fall off...needed a new wheel above to hang from. Wifi did NOT work on Thursday for us and others we spoke with that night but was working on Friday.

great stop over with a dog travelling through Italy

Excellent facilities, lovely air conditioned room. Dog friendly, with a supper walk for our dog Archie, before going onward with our trip to Greece.

unfortunately the restaurant wasn’t open and we didn’t know, but found somewhere else in Parma which was a delight so no worries really.

beautiful room in a charming setting

Our room was in the vault and therefore very nice! It was also very large, especially the bathroom. However, we would not have needed this space. The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. The staff the night we arrived was great! Unfortunately, we were too late due to a lot of traffic jams and the lady fully understood. Unfortunately, the staff the next day couldn't speak a word of English, but they were also very accommodating.

The breakfast was a bit meager. We missed eggs or other warm dishes.
