Basic and the cheapest but still not cheap

Well. A room without wifi a toilet a shower or a refrigerator or any cooking options. It’s as Vedic as you can possibly get anywhere in the planet - maybe a tent is more so. So for 59 euros off season it seems absurd. However that’s how it is in cities in italy. The entire country has over priced accommodation. Good luck to them

If the local hostel is full, consider this place but pay attention to the booking process!

This place is perfectly fine for a couple of nights. The heating was working well and there was an ample wardrobe in our room. Overall, we went there just to sleep and it was enough for our purposes.

Pay attention to the booking process: we booked two people for one room, but it turned out that the system had recorded one person so we had to pay 10 euro extra each for two nights. Overall Parma is expensive, but the price was incompatible with the scarce facllities given. No internet, no kitchen, mini-bathroom - nothing else. There was a hairdryer, for instance, but there was no adaptor so we couldn't use it. Also, we were woken up at 4:30 or 5 am by the workers cutting branches and leaves all around; this is not the owner's fault of course, but it didn't make our second night memorable by all means.

Perfect

The host was very nice and everything was nice and clean also a very quite place which is very nice for people who prefer quiteness. The kitchen was nice, the bathroom and everything was perfect.

One thing that there was no wi-fi like indicated in the booking page.

Super pour une nuit et plus si pas de collocataires

Pas de petit déjeuner

Surpris par le fait que c'est une collocation sur 3 chambres , cuisine et salle de bains communes. Il faut y aller en famille . Nous avons occupés 2 chambres et la 3ème n'était pas occupée, donc pas de soucis ! Sinon il faut composer avec les autres occupants.

Accettabile per una sola notte ma non in estate

La posizione è ottima. Ci sono supermercati e qualsiasi tipo di negozio nelle vicinanze. Prezzo buono.

Nel 2025 è impossibile tollerare il fatto che una locazione turistica, in estate, nella pianura padana che è uno dei centri più caldi e afosi d'Italia, non abbia l'aria condizionata. Ovviamente c'era scritto ma è una grande pecca. Per questa cosa la locazione perde punti. Basterebbe alzare un poco i prezzi e investire in aria condizionata. Inoltre la proprietà non contempla gli asciugamani come servizio. Anche questa cosa è scritta ma, come vale per l'aria condizionata, è impensabile nel 2025 non fornire asciugamani. Il bagno è al limite dell'accettabilità. Consiglio questa locazione solo ed esclusivamente se dovete pernottare in città per massimo 1/2 notti. Sconsigliato assolutamente se dovete pernottare in città da Luglio ad Agosto. Sarebbe una trappola infernale.

Appartamento a circa 25 minuti dal centro (piazza Garibaldi) e circa 15 minuti dall’ingresso di Palazzo ducale. Camera spaziosa, bagno condiviso. Parcheggio gratuito sotto casa. Asciugamani disponibili su richiesta. Host molto gentile
