A shame

They never inform me that My partner and I need proof of ID. I had my passport and it’s fine but my partner left hers behind which means she was denied access to the accommodation.

The owner twice knock at my door and wake me from sleep once to check that I didn’t smuggled my partner who was staying in another place.

Superb

Filippo was amazing, really nice and had a lot of information about his city. The location was not in the center but still nice, super close, and we were able to use the electric scooters. He made space for us in the kitchen to store food. He came every day to keep the place clean. There were extra pillows for us and air conditioning! And the room was super spacious.

If we’re paying for a balcony on the 2nd floor, it would be nice to have a table and nice chairs so we can enjoy it.

Comfortable stay outside the city centre

Comfortable room with a king bed, lots of storage, a desk and couch, TV with italian cable channels, air conditioner, and strong wifi. The bathroom was very well kept. There was also a full kitchen with locker cabinets to keep your food in. There's 2 full grocery stores right next door which is helpful. There's a bus route very closeby that goes to the city centre and to the south of Parma.

The windows are older so traffic is quite loud in the morning. The location is a bit isolated from the city because of the big hospital complex next door. There is full equipment in the kitchen, though no basics like oil or salt. Breakfast is not listed, though the name "B&B" does make you hope there would be some sort of "bed and breakfast"

The owner was very helpful with our late check in. He is very professional and he responds almost immediately to our questions over the IM apps. The room was very comfort, clean and quiet. Definitely we'll be back.

Good value for money room in Parma

The host was very friendly, immediately answering any queries. He even brought us some rolls in the morning and provided good suggestions on places to visit in Parma. The room was very stylish and clean. Clean common bathroom and kitchen. Free parking nearby, as well as several supermarkets.

Host gentilissimo e molto disponibile, camere e bagno ordinati, puliti e moderni.

Appartamento spazioso, camere ampie e pulite con armadio grande, letto comodo, vista sulla strada, TV a schermo piatto non smart. Spazi condivisi molto ordinati e puliti. Bagno ristrutturato, molto bello, spazioso, dotato di ampia doccia. In dotazione lenzuola e asciugamani.

La camera si affaccia su una strada un po' rumorosa.
