Don't recommend! Unprofessional staff!
Good location, short distance from the city centre. Building was fairly new and looked tidy. Check in was simple and the directions given were easy to follow. Good parking and wifi.
When we first checked in to our room the air conditioning was making horrible loud banging noise and was not working. I contacted the manager right away, who then wanted a video (via WhatsApp) of the AC. After a while they responded and apologized that it was not working. They said they will call for technician to fix it, without mentioning when this technician would show up. Meanwhile we could have a fan (but we had to get it ourselves from the basement). We waited couple of hours without no word from the manager. Then I messaged the manager again and asked how long it would take and if maybe we could change rooms. It was frustrating in a hot room, waiting for someone to come (if they were coming anyway?) We got an automatic message quide for a different room, and assumed it was okay to change to this room. We then changed to a different room, which was smaller than we paid for and without a balcony. I messaged the manager again, asking for somekind of refund for this. They said they would compensate the price difference between the two rooms and it would take couple of days. No mention of how much this would be. Still waiting for the money. The troubles did not end here. On our second day we bought some instant coffee and bread and left it in the shared kitchen. No way these could be mistaken for a trash. When we came back to have lunch, we noticed that the food had been thrown away or taken by the cleaners. Contacted manager again...They apologized and said they would find out what happened and that it shouldn't have happened in the first place. Didn't hear anything from them again. Also we got a terrible sleep for these three nights we stayed. The bed was making loud noise as if it was breaking with every inch you moved. Would not recommend this place before a serious action is taken to fix these things! After the stay manager even messaged me via WhatsApp saying "lol ur review!?" When they got a bad google review. Very unprofessional!!

good location good off street parking nice apartments for team on business trip kitchen is useful I would like to book again for next year
Facilities could be better: Missing plates, forks, knifes etc from kitchen ( had to buy from ikea) No coffee pods supplied No shampoo / shower gels supplied No Iron

Carino, ma prezzo decisamente esagerato per ciò che offrono
La posizione è ottima perché si trova in un punto molto servito vicino a molti punti di riferimento tra cui l’ospedale e l’università. L’arredamento della struttura era moderno, sembrava nuovo ed era molto carino specialmente il bagno. La pulizia era nella norma, non ho trovato sporco.
Pochissima cura dei dettagli, sul letto c’erano delle lenzuola spaiate, rovinate con evidenti macchie di candeggina e non sono state stirate perché erano molto sgualcite, inoltre c’era un solo rotolo di carta igienica per due persone per due giorni. Assistenza e host assolutamente inesistenti: ho provato a chiamare a raffica il numero indicato su Booking perché ho avuto problemi sia con il check in che con il riscaldamento ma non ho mai ricevuto risposta. La cucina non è servita assolutamente di nulla: c’è la macchina del caffè ma non trovate neanche una capsula tantomeno zucchero, dovete comprare tutto prima di arrivare, come non c’è sale e tantomeno ingredienti essenziali che mi aspettavo di trovare. Dunque in sintesi direi che 70 euro a notte a persona è un prezzo decisamente spropositato.

La promiscuità del soggiorno/cucina con le altre camere. Il fatto che non si potesse chiudere la porta principale Il freddo (mi hanno detto che non si poteva ancora accendere il riscaldamento?!) Due letti singoli vicini e non il matrimoniale richiesto.
