This is not a hotel room. It's a flat in a neighborhood, very close to Parma Railway Station.
There is no signage outside the flat, so getting to it is a little difficult. You have to depend compeletely on google maps and with no plaque/nameplate it is indeed difficult to locate it.

Wir wurden direkt bei unserer Ankunft erwartet und haben alle wichtigen Informationen erhalten. Die Kommunikation vorab war extrem nett und freundlich. Das Zimmer glich mehr einem Apartment und war sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Ebenerdig hatten wir sogar Zugang zu dem kleinen Vorgarten. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, nur 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof und 10 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eîn paar Dinge scheinen noch nicht ganz fertig zu sein, was aber nicht weiter gestört hat.

Katerina est une femme charmante qui nous a bien reçu dans son appartement entièrement rénové avec goût et la literie est très confortable.
La proximité avec la gare et le centre ville est parfaite. D’autant qu’il y a un parking souterrain à deux pas.
