Excellent B&B in Parma

A short walk from Parma station but close to the centre, the B&B is in an excellent location. We were met by Manuel on arrival and he showed us to our room which was fantastic, a recently renovated property with everything you could ask for. Breakfast was taken in another building and served by Manuel, who was a super host. We had a typical sweet Italian breakfast which was lovely.

The only problem was a lack of cutlery in the kitchenette.

Host Manuel is a wonderful person and served a generous breakfast. Moreover he helped with luggage and has an amazing mini elevator for luggage. The space was super small but best use was made. Especially liked separate shower room.

No exterior window, so no real way to get fresh air other than through bathroom window that opened into courtyard. So one had no idea what weather was like or what was going on outside. Somehow I missed this information on the description before booking or perhaps it was not mentioned. Not an issue for everyone and because we could be out and about it was manageable but on a bad weather day it would be claustrophobic and really you could only sit on the bed.

Central and cute B&B

B&B is located at the edge of the city center hence, it was so easy to walk around the city. The room was cute and comfortable. My vegetarian breakfast was so good with freshly baked croissants. Also, the staff was so kind.

nice room and good host

Nice room, with good details such as fridge and air con. newly renovated and a very nice bathroom. Manuel was a good host, who made us a nice breakfast and recommended some places to go and eat, even gave us a discount ticket for a local restaurant which we used and was very pleased with.

due to very high temperatures the air con didn’t work so well. the room was very hot at night.

Would definitely recommend staying here

The owner of the property was so kind and friendly and helpful! it made everything much easier. Breakfast was delicious and varied. We enjoyed our stay at Le Stanze di Rigoletto

The stairs were killer as we were on the top floor luckily there’s a dumbbell elevator for the luggage though! Our aircon also wasn’t working but the host arranged a fan for us which helped.

Quaint and cozy true B&B

As a solo female traveler I felt very safe, and my room was cozy, quiet, and felt like home. If it hasn't been raining I would have taken advantage of the beautiful little patio outside my room! I also had an early train, but the host got up early to make sure I had breakfast before I left. Would highly recommend.

Excellent B&B with amazing owner

Great location - close to the train station and well situated in Parma itself. Really friendly and helpful owner too, breakfast was very nice! Only downside is that the bathroom is slightly small, but given the prettiness of the location and the size of the bedroom itself, it wasn't a huge problem.

Comfort and elegance in a city with a special charm

It was an excellent choice from all points of view.The location is really exceptional.It is perfectly positioned,being able to reach extremely easily in just a few minutes both in the beautiful historical center of Parma and at the train station.The room,like the whole structure,is furnished with good taste and elegance and the bathroom equiped with everything you need.The services offered are far above standarts(rich and diversified breakfast,excellent wifi,exemplary cleanliness),but above all it is the kindness and gentileteness of the host who offered us a invaluable help in getting tickets to the opera,while also helping us with keeping luggage after check-out time.Grazie dal profondo del mio cuore per tutto!

Pleasant

Great old building with character Location close to Town center. Very good value stay there. Everything worked as it was supposed to work.

No staff on hand or reasonably available. I can’t imagine what would happen if you forgot your entrance code. I wasn’t even given a phone # to contact anyone??? No elevator, have to walk up 3-4 flights of steep stairs. Rooms could not be smaller, tiny, tiny room size. Paper thin walls. I could here the dog breathe in the adjacent room. Good luck if you’re not both on the same time schedule cause someone is getting awoken by the other.

The room is in an unexpected place and has a nice shared patio. It looks more luxurious in real life than it does in the photos. The staff is kind and the breakfast was sufficient.

A lovely small B&B in a good location for everything in Parma and a walk from the train station. We really enjoyed staying in the room. The breakfast was also enjoyable. Our room was up 4 flights of stairs, it was fine for us, but may be difficult for anyone who might have mobility problems so check the room you book.

Excellent B&B in a perfect location to see Parma.

Perfect location a short walk to all attractions in the old town. Easy parking nearby at Toschi. Room very clean and well appointed, nice bathroom. Staff was outstanding, from taking my luggage early in the morning and placing it in my room when available, to giving me a key so that I could return after lunch as I wanted. Excellent breakfast included, basically you could request whatever you wanted the vending before.

Nothing I didn’t like except walking up 3 flights of stairs. But staff carried my luggage both times so a bonus there!

So convenient!

It was close to the train station and seemed to be in the center of everything. Easy walking everywhere. Clean and comfy! The shower had a glass partition to keep the water from spraying out- perfetto! Would stay here again!

The outdoor facade was not the prettiest, but it was on a lovely little street.

You have to know, room is small and it is not "wellnes hotel". But for visiting Parma (and beeing here just to sleep and have a short breake) this was very good choice.

Very clean room, everyone was very friendly. There's a lift that takes your luggage up the stairs. Breakfast in the kitchen with everything prepared the way you like.
