Great location, facilities.

Great location, high bunk bed with stairs. Great kitchen!

The staffs were friendly and professional when I had an issue. The only thing was the genderless bathroom. There was a guy who doesn’t clean after his mess, and the cleaning is done only in the morning, so we had to avoid using after him. I hope we had a separate bathroom.

Great and very private in the dorms when curtains closed. Felt like a pod hotel more then a standard hostel dorm. Clean and elegant common areas, and bathrooms clean and ok.

Exceptional hostel

The beds were very comfortable, and with the curtains around the bed, it gives a great sense of privacy. The owners were warm and welcoming. The hostel was spotless, the kitchen is big and well-equipped, and shampoo & shower gel are also provided. Basically everything you needed in a hostel is available. It is super central, just a few minutes' walk from all the main attractions. I highly recommend the hostel!

As the Kitchen is also used for private dinning some evenings, maybe a note in the kitchen entrance informing the guests that the kitchen won't be available in that particular evening would be good, in case the guests had plans to eat in? (Or maybe it only applies to someone staying over the weekend, like myself?)

Excellent location, great value for money, very cosy!

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Parma old town. The hostel is very clean, cosy, everything is well thought through. The bed curtains is a brilliant idea!!! The kitchen is fully equiped with anything you might need. The luggage storage option is very convenient.

Paper towels in the bathroom might be a nice addition, as you don’t always have your towel with you.

Very aesthetic

So far was the nicest hostel I ever stayed. Everything is so aesthetic. Location is great, in town centre and around 15 min walk from train station. Bus station was a little bit scary but that’s not the hostel fault.

COMFORTABLE, CLEAN AND QUIET.

No meals are provided at this establishment.

The room is described as "luxury", but it is more like "average". Some of the furnishings are showing signs of wear and the backs of some cupboards are broken. Unlike a lot of bathrooms in Italian accommodation, this one is huge and modern, but in reality, one does not use all this space. Personally, I would have preferred a small kitchen with at least a microwave. The room is on the first floor ( no elevator) in a quiet street, close to the train station and the city center.

It like a luxury hotel just without any staffa, all self serviced. Everything is clean and tidy. I stayed for two night, and after I went out on the second day and back, soemone cleaned my bed already and this make me unexpected as a hostel.

Highly recommend. Attention to detail, supremely clean, felt very luxurious and cosy. The bathrooms were really lovely, free tea, coffee and snacks, fluffy towels. Better than some hotels I've stayed in. Plus they were very responsive on WhatsApp and have a list of great local recommendations to share.

Was more like a boutique hotel than a hostel. When I contacted The Hosts via WhatsApp about Pharmacies that would be open on Easter Sunday, they called around a few for me to check they if they were open, and offered to call me a taxi if I needed one.

On-line check-in was a pain. I saw only a cleaner for "staff". Several ppl asked me "are you the host?" as I used to work in hostels (and I was telling them where the WiFi password, bathrooms, etc were. The facilities - just a kettle and a pod coffee machine - were a bit lacking for a backpacker on a budget.

Despite the fact that it is a hostel. It was quite comfortable and private. Quick responses and high-level problem solving. Clean and cozy hostel. Great location. Indeed, when you travel alone and only sleep, this is exactly what you need.
