The location is good, it's within walkable distance to all the attractions and still in a relatively quiet area.

I didn't know the sockets are another type (3 holes) instead of the usual EU format.

La posizione abbastanza centrale ma con un bel parcheggio custodito a 5 minuti a piedi. Stop

Scrivo che arriverò in ritardo e mi rispondono tranquillo non ti preoccupare. Arrivo al dunque e devo dare 10€. Mi sto zitto per non fare storie mi fa anche piacere aiutare una persona ma odio le prese in giro e la non correttezza nel dire le cose prime. Relativamente alla Casa, è arredata male e non ha un buon odore non proprio sgradevole ma nemmeno piacevole. Vado in camera e il bagno privato era sporco e carta igienica usata. Bagnoschiuma assente mai capitato per una breve vacanza. Capisco che è un appartamento ma io non sto mica traslocando, ho prenotato per tre giorni. Non capisco la teoria bagnoschiuma no asciugamani si. Ho tappato il lavandino e poi per aprire il tappo ho perso mezz’ora. La sconsiglio vivamente. Pessima esperienza soprattutto coniata da una freddezza del personale allarmante. L’unico che si salva è Rocco la persona che viene ad aprire anche se chiede dieci euro di mancia 🤣

La stanza era più piccola del previsto, ma poco importa. Pulizia pessima: polvere in ogni angolo, e bagno per niente pulito. Non adatto a chi è allergico alla polvere!

Locato in centro ma con tante imperfezioni e mancanze

La colazione non era prevista. La posizione dello stabile è nel centro della città, perciò molto comoda.

L'appartamento dove si trova la stanza in cui ho alloggiato si trova al terzo piano SENZA ASCENSORE, ma questo dettaglio non è espressamente precisato nella descrizione. La pulizia della stanza è scarsa: ho trovato svariate micro-formiche sparse un pò ovunque. Il rumore dei motori delle pompe di calore presenti nella tromba del palazzo è eccessivo e si sentono anche con la finestra chiusa; a causa di questo problema ho avuto difficoltà nel sonno. Altro fatto non piacevole è che nel palazzo c'è una persona che per alcune ore della sera si diletta ad esercitarsi al pianoforte.

Caro e poco qualitativo

L'appartamento era ben posizionato, a metà strada tra la stazione di treno e il centro storico.

Ho trovato la stanza troppo piccola a un tale punto che dovevo sempre fare il giro del letto per accedere da una parte all'altra della stanza, in più quando si è stesi sul letto con la luce accesa il coperchio della lampada essendo troppo piccolo la luce è acecante. Le spazzature sono troppo grosse e inevitabili quando si entra in cucina e esiste solo una sola presa per far funzionare o il micro onde o il frigorifero. Il micro onde è troppo piccolo e concepito male e stesso problema che nella stanza la luce è acecante. Vista la qualità non merita quel prezzo.
