I can recommend to stay there if you visit Parma.

The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable. Also the bathroom was very clean. The check in was very easy. The landloards were nice and friendly.

Great time in Parma

We stayed one night in two beds appartment and we left very satisfied. Room was big with a lot of storage area (really freat!), comfortable beds. Bathroom was shared with few other rooms but this day only one other was occupied and there was no issue. Everything was very clear and equiped in very good style. Owner was very helpful and nice. Highly recommended!

It might be quite noisy because doors to the room are quite thin if other people are moving between kitchen/bathroom but we did not complain at the day. Earplugs will definitely help if you are more sensitive to noise :)

Property was nice but the owner does not seem to know how to adjust rates.

Property was comfortable

The room was not the one we booked. In the middle of booking, price got higher and the property told us it was due to high commission amount with Booking.com. What does your commission have to do with us? We contacted Booking.com and they made a compensation of 140 EUR :) All details have already been send to B.com per Email.

Underwhelming. It's basically an Airbnb, except the hosts don't live onsite...

Room smelt like smoke (despite it being a non smoking premises) Towels cost €5 extra Check in is very strict - you must check in within a very narrow window.

Secure and clean as well as other guests were also well educated. Smoking was not allowed there

Other guests were smoking even when they were not allowed to smoke and even hosts were also not happy with them but were not able to found who smoked there.

Pas loin du centre-ville.

Quand on réserve sur booking, on s'attend à ce que les choses ne changemt pas. Or, nous avons du communiquer avec les propriétaires de l'établissement qui ne pouvaient pas accueillir après 20h00 (heureusement que nous avions la 4G) pour être accueillis dans un autre bâtiment.
