Good value for money

Very close to station and short walk to town centre. Clear instructions of door code/getting keys. Buffet breakfast - cereal, croissant, coffee. No staff on site. I had a triangle shaped single room. Clean and warm. Plenty of wardrobe space. Private bathroom is other side of communal area with buffet/ entrance. Residential area- well lit street so OK for walking home at night.

The room was passable but many things needed attention.

Did not have breakfast. Room was clean.

The location was close to the train station but the approach area was dirty & unsavory. No mirror or picture to make room welcoming. No suitcase rack......working off floor sucks. No drain plug in bidet. Coaming of chest of drawers missing. Flat screen on top of wardrobe far too high. Suggest change positions of wardrobe & chest of drawers so that the flat screen is line of sight from the bed.

It was adequate but felt a little uncomfortable on the street b/c of men hanging

The coffee machine did not work easily. The shower has a leak. Getting was challenging - information about the key box etc should have been sent earlier so I didn’t have to use my phone abd be charged quite a lot

Good value for money

Surprisingly quiet for it being so close to train tracks. Great communication with the owner, clear instructions via WhatsApp. Easy access to town and train station. Room had a fridge with free bottle of water, other drinks for a fee, breakfast is there to help yourself in the morning, milk, juices, yogurts in communal fridge to help yourself.

Just to be picky, bathroom could do with stronger fan as it was quite hot in there and no window.

Very unconfortable and don't worth the value

The bed was unconfortable, lower than the toiled seat. It had a weight limit never disclosed. It was really a single bed, any turn to cover yourself or anything could result with you on the floor or the mattress displaced. The nights were not relaxing at all. The toilet seat, by the way, was fit in a small space between the shower box and the wall. It was not confortable at all. The place is very isolated, on saturday morning I was offered to buy drugs at the street corner. The staff only speak Italian, not English. The place is not a real B&B. It' a residential appartment with 4 rooms leased to tourists. It has a flight of stairs to reach the room, so it's not much acessible. The place was very noisy, because either the employees or the other guests started to move around very early, so it was impossible to sleep a bit more. When I was already on the way I received a list of rules, including having to pay for sodas leaving coins everyday in the room. For some, this may not be a problem, but I don't use paper/coins for a while, only card and this was not acceptable. Failing to leave the coins means the room would not be refilled. Explaining that I had to find an ATM first was the same as nothing. By the way, I couldn't find an ATM and end up buying two other sodas in a restaurant and leaving in the room. The place doesn't worth the value, with only a bit more you can get way better places.

I would come again

We arrived early and phoned the owner- immediately he approved an early check in. Location 600 meters from the train station. Not a pretty road. The entry of the building is run down, but once you reach the 1st level and enter - all is OK. There is a nice dining room and kitchen available for the guests with free drinks, yogurt, bread and snacks. Our room was big, clean and quiet. The AC worked great although it was 32 degrees outside! Our bathroom was private but outside the room (I knew this from reading other reviews - two rooms have bathrooms inside the room, two others outside). Absolute value for money.

Cheap and clean, happy for one night

Good value and handy to town with 15 min walk. Clean with good air conditioning.

Perhaps lock your doors anytime you are in the room as our host had a habit of checking on our arrival/departure without knocking first. Also it says free private parking but it was only on the street which you must pay during certain hours.

An okay place to spend the night, nothing more. Wi-Fi is fast and stable, breakfast is pretty basic.

This is an AirBnb with no staff on site, meaning that leaving the bags in storage before check-in or after check-out is not an option, which is very inconvinient. Also, in my English check-in instructions I was given the WRONG code for the keybox. I must have entered it some 20 times before I noticed that instructions in Italian contained a different code, which actually worked.

Superb

Very happy with this B&B. Checking in was easy, the room is spacious, clean. Secure parking on the back of a building is great too. We were able to leave our car after check out as we still had a tour booked in the city. The location is just outside city centre, perhaps a 10 min walk. Note that this is not a hotel, but a B&B, so it is a bit more authentic.

Access to the B and B itself is not easy. There is no one around after you have booked in to answer queries. Owner very pleasant but very stressed and perhaps has another occupation which prevents her from anticipating problems that could arise. Perhaps she doesn't have experience yet in the hotel and catering industry.
