Quiet Central Location

Quiet location within a secure courtyard.

Mattress was a bit hard, but slept well.

Very nice apart from limited WiFi connection

Clean, modern, private and quiet, usable desk, comfortable bed, great location for central Parma. Spacious bedroom and bathroom (no other rooms). Curtains worked to keep out light when sleeping.

WiFi instructions were unclear. Obtained assistance and managed to connect but performance was minimal. As mobile connection was also very poor, internet access was limited while in apartment.

It’s a spartan stay, but in a great location.

Location location

Old mattress & hard pillows. Some maintenance needed: bedside reading lights not working; bathroom sink drain very slow; toilet seat loose. Would be nice to provide a tea kettle and cups. Upon checkout, a door lock froze requiring order for a locksmith; departure delayed two hours.

The location was fantastic- truly everything was pretty much on our door step. The food was amazing, people were friendly and the place was really clean.

The communication initially was a little concerning. I kept the guy informed of our eta but we were struggling with strikes and had a 4 hour journey turn into a 6 hour journey. Initially he was understanding but Our ETA ended up being wrong, and we were 10 minutes past the time and he told us that he doesn't stay past the deadline. After some begging, we had him stay the extra 10 minutes to give us the keys and he was very nice, but gave us a bit of stress at the beginning if you are looking to check in after 7pm.

the location was great but all else disappointing

The location was great but all else disappointing.

The room was small (only about 50cm between the bed end and the wall) and whilst the bathroom was ok, the toilet lid and the shower screen were broken. We were told there was parking but it was in a public car park a long walk away

Had a lovely stay in Parma at Residenza Pezzani !

Perfect location, in the centre of Parma. The accommodation was clean, bright and great for all we needed. Enjoyed the small touches from the host such as water in the fridge and the meal discount.

The only suggestion I would give is to add a kettle/coffee maker to be able to make tea.

Central Parma

Excellent central location (opposite police station). Clean, spacious, quiet and a comfortable bed.

Basic accommodation. Lacked some personal comforts. Only one pillow. No facility for hot drinks.

We liked the simple decor and spaciousness of the apartment. Host was very patient, informative and friendly. We enjoyed his restaurant recommendations and appreciated his directions to the hillside elevator!

Great location, Cleanliness top notch and host very helpful

Location in the middle of Parma Centrale with restaurants and all the amnesties in the area. Host is very helpful and apartment is very clean and cosy. I truly recommend this gem as it is a good value for money.

Great stay in a lovely town.

Great location near centre of town, and within walking distance of train station. Ground floor was a bonus (after everywhere else we have stayed was up many floors), with lovely courtyard. Host was exceptionally helpful and arrived promptly to let us in and clearly explained everything about the room.

The key to the room was a little tricky to work out - only because the lock was a deadbolt and we were unfamiliar with how to use it - but once we managed it we had no problems. And the added bonus of extra secure room.

Parma is a must see for travelers and Residenza Pezzani

The location of this property was ideal as it was right next to all the attractions and activities in Parma. The bedroom with a king bed was a good size along with a great bathroom with unlimited hot water. The host left some drinks in the fridge and a few candies and cookies for us to enjoy

Great Location very close to station and the city center , Place was well equipped with everything inside a nice courtyard , wifi was wonderful and it had all the amenities available Additionally Francesco ( owner ) went out of his way to make our stay wonderful here .

Convenient & comfortable stay.

Very comfortable and convenient place to base ourselves in Parma. It was easy to walk to the historic center and, when we rented a car, there was paid parking located outside of the ZTL that was only about a 5 minute walk away. Beds were comfortable, WiFi was good, and the kitchen, while small, was adequate for our needs (we did not do any significant cooking). It was also very quiet at night—we were not bothered by street noise or anything of that nature.

The apartment is a bit dark, but this hardly mattered since we spent most of our time outside and exploring.
