The location was very convenient for walking and exploring Parma. The room is very quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The host was very accommodating in letting us keep our luggage there until later in the day during our check out, which made transiting a lot easier.

Central location, spacious and comfortable. Francesco personally met us at check in and checkout.

Location location
Old mattress & hard pillows. Some maintenance needed: bedside reading lights not working; bathroom sink drain very slow; toilet seat loose. Would be nice to provide a tea kettle and cups. Upon checkout, a door lock froze requiring order for a locksmith; departure delayed two hours.
