Francesco was friendly and available for a quick check in. Prompt response on the app. Room was clean, nice positioned and quiet. nothing to complain.

Every corners is very clean, including windows, curtains, inside drawers, shower rooms, the two toilets.
Th WiFi is rather weak.

Location location
Old mattress & hard pillows. Some maintenance needed: bedside reading lights not working; bathroom sink drain very slow; toilet seat loose. Would be nice to provide a tea kettle and cups. Upon checkout, a door lock froze requiring order for a locksmith; departure delayed two hours.
