Central and Frinedly
What's not to like? It is centrally located and very professional. The room is on two levels with the bathroom upstairs. Well-appointed and very comfortable. The owner was helpful and provided a map and details about the city. I felt welcomed and would stay again.
While the queen room has windows, they are mostly blocked, limiting natural light. If you are staying overnight, this is not a huge issue.

The perfect place to stay in Parma
You could not choose a better place to stay in Parma. The location is less than 10 minutes walk from the train station and 5 minutes from the historical center. It is on a quiet street in a beautifully renovated old building with an elevator. Our suite was spotlessly clean and perfectly designed with a fully equipped small kitchen, spacious bedroom and a bathroom with a large walk in shower. The property is lovely but the best part is the host Alfredo who is friendly, welcoming and eager to help you have a perfect stay. We enjoyed talking with him in a mixture of English and Italian about our families in the US and Italy. Highly recommended!
The bed was a bit softer and the pillows a bit firmer than we like, but that is just personal preference.

The location was tremendous. Alfredo was so lovely, providing us with recommendations for lunch, dinner, gelato and groceries. He has done a beautiful job of renovation - and there is an elevator!
