Everything was really nice but sometimes we could hear people from other rooms. Everything else was perfect.

Nice place in a somewhat shabby neighbourhood close to the station.

Very clean, modern, well-equipped. First floor, with elevator, not opening on the main street. Fridge, a very basic breakfast (this is positive as it is not included).

The room is a little small but convenient, the heating took long to start. Maybe ask for an additional blanket if you are sensitive to cold. Not the poshest quarter but seems quiet.

Very good communication and explanation before during and after the stay. Very frienldly and carying welcome. All new, all clean. Very close to central station and to centre. Supermarket, bakery close by. Safe building, room 3 good. Tea and coffee facilities in communal area. Fridge incl water and juice as a welcom.

Area itself not the greatest. Lamp on the nightstand would be very useful. Light sensor in corridor should be better adjusted re coming from room 3. But that are two small adjustments

Very close to train station just what we needed. About 8-10 minutes walk to the center. The place in very clean and comfy bed.

Poor isolation (can hear the noise from the streets all night). No wifi available so Netflix is kind of useless.

Camera pulita, arredamento moderno, semplice, tutto nuovo. Idem per il bagno...nuovo molto carino. Tutto positivo! Mettono a disposizione anche la macchinetta del caffè in condivisione con gli altri clienti....direi molto comoda! Sono ben organizzati, complimenti! L'appartamento é a pochi passi dal centro di Parma quindi super!

L'appartamento é vicinissimo al centro ma è vicino alla stazione. Zona purtroppo non tanta bella.

Ми зупинились на одну ніч, щоб познайомитися з містом Парма. Наше перебування було чудовим, нам дозволили заселитися раніше, власники дуже привітні і дбають, щоб гості були задоволенні проживанням. Сервіс на вищому рівні, в апартаментах дуже чисто та тепло, є все необхідне для комфорту та відпочинку. В коридорі є столик, де можна зробити чай та каву, є приємні штуки для швидкого перекусу. До вокзалу йти 5 хвилин, до центру міста 10-15 хвилин. Однозначно рекомендую, приїдемо ще!

Confortevole stanza comoda al centro

Ospite cortese e sempre pronto a rispondere. Struttura curata nei particolari, pulitissima. Ottimo il microonde comune e il bollitore in camera per thè/ tisana. Adeguate le dimensioni . Comodo avere supermercato a un minuto a piedi Ci tornerei subito!

La zona è vicino alla stazione, con i suoi pro e contro tuttavia il palazzo è ben protetto ed è veramente vicino al centro. In due minuti a piedi ci si arriva. Suggerimenti: un cuscino più basso ( parere personale!)

Bella stanza, curata e pulita. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Il proprietario è stato veramente gentile e disponibile ed ha fornito servizi quali macchina del caffè, bollitore, microonde e piccola colazione anche se non era compresa.

La zona essendo vicino alla stazione non è la migliore, ma è comunque una posizione molto strategica e in zona ci sono molti controlli.

Weekend in coppia

Struttura nuova, pulitissima e comodissima sia perché a 5 minuti a piedi al centro, sia per un parcheggio H24 a pochi minuti. Camera dotata di tutti i confort, bollitore, bottigliette acqua e frigo. Nel corridoio un servizio bar dotato di kit x colazione con varia scelta. Che dire? Ci siamo sentiti coccolati... 😊

Due giornate per godere delle bellezze di Parma

La posizione è di sicuro il punto di forza della struttura a due passi dalle principali attrazioni di Parma a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria. La stanza è abbastanza ampia e confrotevole e adatta per un breve soggiorno per visitare le bellezze di Parma. La pulizia è ottima e il bagno abbastanza grande e con tutto ciò che serve. Il letto è molto confortevole, tra i migliori in cui abbia dormito. Il check in e check out sono molto semplici e il proprietario fornisce tutte le indicazioni necessarie con grande chiarezza. Il rapporto qualità prezzo visto la zona in cui si trova è sicuramente ottimale. La struttura si trova in un condominio munito di ascensore e quindi non si fa fatica anche se si hanno valigie (le stanze si trovano al primo piano). La stanza è munita di tapparelle che non fanno filtare la luce. Il riscaldamento visto il periodo funzionava bene e la stanza era molto calda.

Purtroppo quando siamo stati noi c'erano dei lavori e quindi filtrava un po' di rumore dall'esterno la mattina dopo le 8:30. La presa a fianco del letto non funzionava (probabilmente un problemino di contatto facilmente risolvibile). Il calorifero la mattina appena si avviava faceva per 5 minuti un rumore abbastanza forte che poi una volta a regime non faceva più dovuto probabilmente ad aria all'interno delle tubature. Un suggerimento, seppure ci sia un armadio, sarebbe comodo prevedere anche un appendi abiti esterno.

Disponibilità dell'host, ottimi qualità prezzo e pulizia della stanza.

Facilissima la comunicazione con l'host che è stato molto disponibile e gentile fin da subito. La camera con bagno privato, vicinissima al centro di Parma, è pulita e ben curata. Non è prevista colazione ma nel corridoio comune con le altre stanze era comunque presente una macchina per il caffè e delle brioche con marmellate nel caso fossero state utili. Ottimi qualità-prezzo.

Siatki w oknach zabezpieczające przed komarami. Dobrze działająca klimatyzacja oraz internet. Wygodne łóżka. Czystość w całym obiekcie.

Drobiazgi - przydałoby się drugie krzesło w pokoju i jakieś półki w łazience, aby położyć kosmetyki.

La struttura è pulitissima, silenziosa, confortevole, dettagli nuovi e molto accogliente. L’host gentilissimo. Mi hanno chiesto ora di arrivo, sono venuti ad accogliermi. Davvero top!

La zona. Pur essendo in centro quindi molto comoda per raggiungere qualunque cosa, è in una via poco piacevole per una ragazza da sola. Al mio rientro verso le 2230 avevo un po’ timore.
